    Jennifer LaRocca was amazing. Given my limitations, she found at least one apartment that will be working with my felony conviction. I was approved immediately! If it wasnt for her diligence and commitment, I wouldnt have found this apartment. Apartment Locators is amazing.

    Jennifer LaRocca saved me! I have had some real hardships over the last few years, and while my credit score is high enough, the rental history is rough. I actually have a debt of $14K from a property (lost my job and was hospitalized for some time during Covid). Jennifer told me the truth about the difficult time I was going to have, and she was so right! She sent me the list of locations I could try for my area and there was a property on the list that I actually had good rental history with. I was planning on just calling because I knew what I was going for, she encouraged me to go in and speak with someone. I did and I am so glad I did! I spoke with the manager (I recommend everyone do this!) and I applied. Received an email from the manager that I was approved with an additional deposit. I just paid the deposit! I am so happy and grateful for Jennifer. There are many locators out there that want you to pay $300 just for A LIST of POSSIBLE properties that you MIGHT approve you. You would still have to pay to apply, and then give the service 110% of the rent as a surety. Thats not including the rent you will have to pay! Thats a lot for anyone. I am so glad I trusted Jennifer and you will be too! My angel!

    My sister and I are new to the Houston area. Naturally we were worried about where to live. We contacted Approved Locators after reading several positive reviews about their service. I have to admit they were simply amazing. They told us all about the neighborhoods and the management company’s reputations with the community. It turns out the reputation of management companies are a really important factor in deciding where you will get treated the best. Some are management companies and their staff are downright abusive. We followed Approved Locators advice and we have now been living in a wonderful apartment for the last 2 months. They made it so easy for my sister and I to get a stress free and safe start to our new life in Houston. We also received our first month’s rent for free. I mean WOW! These people are excellent at what they do. They always answer your calls and are very responsive to emails. They are true experts that you can totally rely on. They are definitely worth checking out. No doubt we will be using them again.

    I have used Tims service twice. Once, when I relocated to Houston from the East Coast in 2011, and again this June. Tim is wonderful! Hes honest and provides great information! I will continue to use his service--no doubt about it. He makes finding a new home incredibly easy.     I am new in town and after being laid off for over a year, my credit score is low. I literally Googled rent apartment with bad credit and Approved Apartment Locators popped up.     I called on a Thursday, because I was in need of finding a place to stay, and all other locators who called themselves having listings all over the city of Houston was only able to give me one or two apartment locations that would be able to accept me with a broken lease, BUT I had to have proof of being on a payment plan with the broken lease, which I absolutely could not get unless it was paid off. Tim with Approved Apartment locators, gave me not one listing but a total of eleven listings that would be able to help and I signed my lease the next day with the apartment provided on the list and moved in exactly one week from contact Tim. It was such a blessing, and I am so grateful that I found them. I would recommend this company anytime

    Mr. Tim Malone, was very helpful and prompt with my Apartment Search. I went to their website and within 1 hour I was contacted by Tim and he went over my requirements. Shortly after speaking with him I had a list to look through. Once I narrowed my choices down to about 5 or 6 Mr. Malone called each property to verify availibility and pricing. I was able to take the information he gathered and create a list of properties to visit. Mr. Malone even ran another last minute search for me with Plan B options for me. He took it another step and called those properties as well. Through the entire process Mr. Malone was very helpful, responsive, and professional. I told him the date that I was going out to view properties and he even called me the day after to see how it went and to check if I needed him to run another search.
