I ordered a complete system for my 1970 F250 online. Within an hour I had a call back confirming a couple of details. The system arrived within two weeks in very nicely packaged boxes. I spent time reviewing the instructions, which were some of the best laid out, easiest to understand I have ever seen. I also watched their online videos. We followed them precisely and everything went together rather easily. As we were coming to the end, placing the defrost ducting, the duct work in the box would not fit the ducting on the genV housing. I called tech support and left a message. Again, within about an hour I had a call back. I explained my predicament and also informed him the 2.5 inch ducting which was sent for the rest of the system did fit and work, so my only real problem was I was approximately 4 feet short of 2.5 inch ducting. He said he was sorry and it was no problem. He sent me the replacement ducting right away. We still have not put the system in service yet but with the ease of installation, clear instructions, and awesome support, I dont foresee any problems. Thanks -

I put Vintage air in my 1973 Corvette. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. The fan, heat and air control was bad and a simple call to support it was easily replaced. I accidently damaged some other parts and sales quickly helped me buy the replacement parts. It is now completely done and it works really well. I have had the opportunity to use heat and the air on different days. It is so much better than the stock system.I can recommend this system for anyone working on an older Rod. -

Absolutely amazing customer service. Bought a kit 11 (yes, eleven) years ago, life got in the way, and just now got around to installing it only to find one part was missing and a couple other were incompatible with my setup (β55 Chevy with a 350, but radiator in the 6 cylinder position. We had parts for the 8 cylinder position). Roy at Vintage Air has been absolutely amazing at helping us out and has sent us replacement parts at no charge, ELEVEN YEARS LATER!! Absolutely amazing. This company and its products are outstanding. I purchased an A/C system for my 1969 F250 and everything fit perfectly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Customer support was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have previously purchased a kit from another company for my 1967 Galaxy because Vintage Air did not offer one for this application. That installation was nothing like Vintage Air, lots of fabrications, poor instructions, etc. Vintage Air is far superior! Thanks for your high quality product! -

Justin in the technical support department was very helpful in determining what was wrong with my system. I ordered a new A/C controller and it arrived the next day. Back to cold a/c in my 63 corvette. Very pleased with my experience with Vintage air and will use them again in future builds. -

Had an air compressor fail in a 6 month old system; they asked simple and logical questions and when the answers where good they overnight-ed a new compressor and all the components to install it. I run a vintage/specialty shop and have installed numerous vintage air systems so occasionally we have fitment or parts delay issues that are aggravating but they stand behind their parts and that means the world.
