Was scheduled for a Spring AC checkup, plus the installation of a Soft Start for the compressor. Service Technician was prompt for the appointment, knowledgeable about the soft start, and got right to work on the installation. Soft Start installed, he demonstrated the reduced startup amps drawn by the compressor, as well as the reduced noise generation. He advised me to reschedule the Spring Checkup, as the extremely cold temps would make some of the system pressure check readings unreliable.One of the reasons I keep coming back to Morgan Pro is the integrity of the Techs they send out. He could have gone through the motions, given me a report and taken payment and I’d have been none the wiser.

My heater wasnt working during the cold spell last week. I called Morgan Services from a neighbor recommendation. They came at the promised time (not late) and sent the best service tech I have ever had in my house (Diego C.) He was very polite and actually drove an hour to get the part to fix the heater. It was a Friday and he did not want me without heat for the weekend. They are now my new service technicians!

Everyone that I have worked with at Morgan Air Services has been fantastic! Trey Morgan, Steve Lyon, and Ivan Hall have been absolutely first class! Ivan Hall most recently installed a REME Halo LED air purification system and was incredible to work with. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the installation process. Ivan took the time to explain how the system works and ensured everything was set up perfectly. The air quality in my home has noticeably improved, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The Morgan Pro Services team did an outstanding job of installing my AC system. It is a more complex system that Ive used in the past and when I moved in I didnt understand how a few things worked. Tristan came out and walked through the entire system with me. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in explaining some of the more complex topics. He also setup my warranty with the vendor so all the paperwork was done in a timely manner. Ill be using these guys again in the future for some of the other services they offer.

One of the best experiences in working with a contractor. After being screwed over by my warranty company, I was referred to Morgan Pro Services. Every single person that I encountered here was extremely professional, helpful and informative. Morgan Lee is phenomenal. She answered questions and help lesson my anxiety. My tech Ricky was very thorough and explained everything. Needless to say, they saved me quite a bit because, again, my warranty company sent scam artists to my home. Before coming to your house, they send you a picture of the tech, along with a tracker to see how far away they are. The electronic communication between Morgan and the client is superb. We knew when we bought our house 2.5 years ago that the AC would need to be replaced in a few years. A few weeks ago, we called Morgan Air to come look at our homes aging and struggling AC units. Trey and Steve showed up on time and did a full inspection of our system. They told us we could combine our 2 smaller AC units into 1 variable speed unit with multiple zones for control. This would also considerably increase the energy efficiency of our home.We received a proposal that night. I had several questions the next day which they answered promptly and thoroughly. I signed off, and they started work first thing the next morning. Their crew worked hard and completely removed the old system, set the new equipment in place, configured everything, and trained us how to use it...ALL IN ONE DAY!I was very impressed with the quality of the job and the responsiveness of their people any time I have had a question since installation. I have been hiring Morgan Air for all my HVAC needs for over 10 years when it was one truck and the owner. I love to see a business grow, but find the quality usually takes a hit as they get more employees. I am so happy to report that isn’t the case with this company. Through the years I have called several times after 10pm and they get someone out within an hour or first thing the next morning if not an emergency. I signed up last year for their service plan that includes all maintenance checks and filter replacement (media filters on mine) and it is such peace of mind. They call me to schedule it and I never have to remember to call them. Ivan and Marcus just left a maintenance check filter change appointment and I could hear them in the attic discussing all aspects of my units and making sure everything was working as it should. I trust them so much and know if they recommend something, I actually need it and it isn’t an up-sale. Finding excellent service companies you can trust is stressful and having Morgan Air keep my home protected from damage and that HVAC working in the sweltering Texas summers is peace of mind.

It’s hard to know who to trust when you’re having HVAC issues. Look no further than the guys over at Morgan Pro Services. When our upstairs unit went out, we gave Morgan Pro Services a call, and Bobby came out right away and diagnosed the issue. Our unit was old and really needed to be replaced, but they gave us a range of options from a simple repair that would fix the current issue temporarily to a full new system. We decided to go with a new coil and condenser. Morgan Pro Services was thorough, fast and very tidy. The installer laid drop cloths throughout the house and even made a few adjustments to our existing ductwork. They were reasonably priced and very professional. We highly recommend Morgan Pro Services for your HVAC needs.

A couple nights ago one of our units wouldnt come on. I called the next morning & they were out that same afternoon. Weve been using Morgan Pro Services, LLC for over 3 years now after having a huge issue with our AC system. This issue required the technicians to change out a couple units, repair air ducts, change out air vents, etc it was a very long process and thankfully the company, staff, and technicians involved were very helpful and were able to solve the issue. However recently we had an issue with air ducts touching each other and causing condensation to drip from the ducts cause what looks like mold around some emergency fire nozzles, and part of the wall. And another issue with water dripping from reserve water pipes that looked like rusty water. After having plumbers come check to see if it was the tankless water system, and a couple of visits from technicians at Morgan Pro Services that could not find the issue with the AC. Morgan Pro Services sent out a technician named Ramiro who figured out what the issues were and fixed them promptly. Thanks to him and the good people at Morgan Pro Services our home AC system is working properly again! I would recommend their services and especially thank you to Ramiro for his help!

My wife and I purchased a new home earlier this year and had to replace the old A/C unit. Trey and his team installed a new Carrier system for us, and did an amazing job. Trey treated us like we were members of his own family, and never made us feel like we were burdening him in any way. They even gave us Astros tickets which was really cool. We were able to schedule someone to come out at our earliest convenience once we our ac unit started giving us trouble.We were told what to do in mean time until the technician could come out. The technician was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the problem and possible solutions every step of the way.Once we weighed the options, and reviewing the findings we came to conclusion of getting a new ac unit after 14 years.They were able to install the new unit within 5 hours the very same day. They worked quickly and efficiently.Once the job was complete, we had cool air once again. They even reached out to us the next morning to see how everything was!I will most definitely be reaching out to them to do an annual tune up!

Great work. ERCOT gets zero stars, and caused me to need Morgan. We had dealt with Trey before for an AC install and found that he was branching out to general contracting. That went so well we called him again. Cant think of one thing to nit pick about. They made a miserable experience (the freeze) an unexpected kitchen and half bath remodel.Very busy at that time but always made the effort to call or text back. On top of the usual showing up in person to check progress.We have already sent 2 or 3 friends his way and will not hesitate to use this company again.

Tristan and his super-courteous crew installed an excellent quality dehumidifier, at a very reasonable cost, for our 70-year old bungalow.Weve been living with 75% average humidity for years (thats not good), and enjoy 55% humidity (VERY GOOD) after just several hours. We were ready to sell the house and I think well stay here for a while.Tristan is returning today to walk us through the mechanical system. He didnt have to do that.
