    Great customer service! I bought a capacitor which it was dead. They tested it right in front of me but I was warned that maybe the fan was going out and since I was working on the relatives AC unit I did not know what was the symptoms.When I installed the capacitor, I noticed that the fan motor was wobbling and I told my relative that that motor needed to be replaced soon. Well soon came in the next day, it stopped working completely.They were very knowledgeable and helpful and show me the new wires needed to be wired up to the unit and now is working like a jump again.I recommend their services they’re very polite and helpful.

    My old furnace stopped working during this cold snap. Turns out the controller board died. PartsCo was able to cross-reference the old board and provide a new compatible one that was in stock! No next day delivery, but right then and there. Nice that there are still local parts stores! Our house is nice and warm tonight!

    AC went out Saturday night, Aug 10, 2024. That night, my wifes brother (electrical engineer) suggested the capacitor was usually the problem 90% of the time. She found this place the next morning and they had the part, 70 + 5uF capacitor (made in the USA) for $60. I put it in and the house was cooled down by lunchtime. Top of the old capacitor was bulged out a bit and I de-energized the capacitor before taking it out. Its easy to do, but you dont want to mess that up and get popped. Saved me $500 or more (if the pros were honest). He suggested the switch next to it could go out as well. Ill be buying one of those and our backup capacitor came in from Amazon. Wow, fair price and open on Sunday.

    Short and simple review:Amazing customer service and prices. 100% recommend.Long review for those who care:Our AC went out and We called John Moore out for service. The guy quoted me $2800(if I joined their membership) or $2900 if I didnt. The fan motor was bad($280) and the contactor ($30). I asked If we could just buy the parts and he said no because they are only sold to liscensed technicians .We found PartsCo when we googled the parts so we drove out there the next day. When I tell you the couple that runs this place is amazing, I mean they are AMAZING!!!. We brought it loads of pictures of the guts of the ac and they walked us through how to swap them out(wire colors were changed with new motor and we had to change another part to make the new motor work. We got everything installed that night but still didnt have power to the unit outside. My husband called back the next morning and the wife took his number to call the husband. YALL! This man was OUT OF STATE and called my husband and talked him through how to fix the issue.Top notch customer service and I will be recommending to any and everyone!oh and they said their repair for the same issue we got diagnosed would be closer to $800 than $2800.

    I had to replace my capacitor on my unit and when I turned it on it didn’t start. I pushed the restart button on my contactor and the unit came so I figured the 24v transformer went out. I called Partsco and spoke with Donna to see if they had the part and the cost. She gave me advice on what could be the problem other than the transformer. She told me to check the fuse on the board which I completely forgot about. Luckily that was the problem, my 3 amp fuse blew so thank you Donna for giving me a little bit of advice and saving me some money. Great customer service, very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you!

    My fan motor for condenser stopped working in the middle of the summer. I’m not an ac guy myself but got it diagnosed with the help of internet. Found this store and the guy that worked there (assuming the owner) confirmed it must be the fan motor based on the symptoms I told him. My ac system is from 2004 and the new motors have different wiring but the guy showed me exactly how it should be connected. Came home, hooked it up and got my ac working again.     I needed a new condenser fan motor and was searching the Internet for a company that was open on a Saturday. I found Partsco late in the afternoon but being a hour away I wouldn’t have made it to location during regular hours. They have an emergency service that would have someone come back to open the store so I could purchase the fan. There was a cost for this service but I felt it was worth it to be able to purchase the fan. I meet a guy at the store but I wish I would have caught his name to give him credit. He was super cool, we spoke about what needed to be done to replace the motor. He provided me with some clips and a new capacitor for the replacement. He helped me to my car with all the things I picked up. Great service! Great pricing! Highly recommend this place for your HVAC needs.

    Once again, the team at Partsco A/C Supply saved the day! My A/C went out on a 98 degree day! By doing some basic troubleshooting, I suspected my capacitor for my 5 Ton A/C unit was bad. I took the old capacitor in (after safely discharging it) at 8am on a Saturday and they tested it and said that it was in fact bad. $49 dollars later, my A/C was was back in service. A simple fix made easy by quick availability of the part, sold by a team with great service, and all early on a Saturday morning! Thanks again guys!

    The fan motor went out on my A/C condenser unit. A new ECM motor costs 500-850 for the one I needed. I wanted to convert the unit to use a PSC fan motor instead, for cost savings and reliability. Purchased a new motor, contactor switch, and fan capacitor from them and had my system modified and working within a few hours. The motor (Wagner Motors 1/3 hp 825 rpm) was 3x the price I found online, but you get it immediately, versus having to wait a week for shipping. Customer service was excellent on the phone and in person. One of the few shops open Saturdays, and at the moment even Sundays.

    These guys rock. My A/C stopped blowing cool air in the middle of >100F heatwave and my usual guy was out of town. The part he said hed send didnt arrive, and i was not going to endure another day of killing heat.     At the start of the summer (about 7 months ago) my AC blower motor went out. I got a quote from a company for $1,200 to fix it. After looking online and watching some youtube videos I decided to take care of it myself. I called this store and asked if they had the parts. They were more than informative. I took out my blower motor in the morning, took it to them, got a new one and some other parts, and had it fixed by the end of the day. The motor was not an exact replacement but an aftermarket part. They really spent their time to help me map the wiring. I took lots of pictures of the wiring while I was taking the old one apart. I would have been lost without them.Their help, patience, and prices are amazing. I saved $800+. It is 7 months later, my AC is working without any problems, and I still think about how awesome they were! I highly recommend them! Thank you!

    Partsco A/C Supply provided unbelievable service! The condenser fan motor on our A/C unit went out on a Friday evening. I tried finding somewhere local online that carried the part and was open with no luck. In the Houston heat with three small children I really needed to get our A/C fixed.Thankfully I came across Partsco A/C Supply. The Google listing showed that they would open their doors after hours for a $75 fee, and under these circumstances I was happy to pay the fee. The owner promptly answered the call, but rather than just meet me at the store he asked several questions about the motor to ensure he had the parts in stock before wasting our time meeting at the store. I ended up texting over a picture of the motor name plate, and he confirmed they had the needed parts.We met at the store 30 minutes later. In addition to selling me the motor, he ensured I had the correct capacitor and connectors. He also gave me some helpful tips about installing the new motor. After checking out he offered that he would be awake later that evening, and if I needed any help I could call. While making the final connections, I was unsure on one spot so I called the owner. Once again he answered and was able to quickly help with my question. The motor was completely installed and we had our A/C back!I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service Partsco A/C Supply provided! Thank you very much!

All shops were closed except PartsCo. It was 12.43pm when I called them and found out that they have the part, but they will be closed by the time I arrive. The shop was within 25min drive from my house and I decided to hop on and tried to make it.     My indoor blower motor started working intermittently when the thermostat called for a cool setting. So I thought it was the fan motor and the capacitor, and I replaced them. Well, I came to find out that the controller board was bad and not the blower motor and the cap. I called Arthur and George at parts co, and they walked me through the process of troubleshooting the controller board. They also had the part available and told me that if I needed anything else to give them a call. I will give Arthur and George a call before I would call the a/c repair guy.     Im a DIY person. I have experience with purchasing & inventory professionally from supply houses in plumbing and electrical fields. Supply houses offer specialized parts at a discount to licensed contractors, but sell to retail customers at a slightly higher markup. This is an AC supply house.You cannot walk in to a retail chain (Ive tried) and get a contactor or capacitor. So do expect to pay a little more than online. The difference is you have the necessary part in your hand today, rather than waiting or paying next day air shipping.-My family was dying in the heat because our AC went out on a Sunday. I opened my outside AC unit and noticed my capacitor was dripping. The last two times I had someone service my AC capacitors, it cost $350 each time because they fart around with the unit and clean it etc.Anyway with the help of the staff at this store I have become somewhat proficient at my own AC repairs. The above repair cost me $75, I believe, because I bought cleaner and two capacitors. Ive gone here four times over the past five years. Consistent experience every time.     I am not mechanically inclined at all. Our Air Conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air. I took pictures of the capacitor via my cell phone and showed it to Leslie. She knew it exactly what I needed and told me to pay strict attention to how the old capacitor was attached and attach the new exactly the same.     Our 14 year old a/c went out. We called around but this is the busy time of the year. My husband decided he wanted to tackle it. We googled a/c part and they came up .     Been in here more than I would have liked to. I had to replace two AC contactors on my units. Brought in a picture of the part and of the AC unit panel with all the info about the unit. The guy (I think the owner) had the parts in stock. I also had to replace a capacitor and fan motor. Had those in stock as well and he gave me valuable advice for when i was putting the new motor on the fan spindle.He said I am going to tell you that when you put the motor back on the spindle you are going to have a little trouble and you are going to think I will use a hammer to tamp it down, DONT do that it will mushroom the top and you will be in here buying another one. What you do is put a tiny bit of grease on it and use a wrench to twist it back and forth as you apply downward pressureThe thing went on smoothly and I saved money because I know myself and he was right I would have been hammering that thing into oblivion.Parts were very reasonable and even beat amazons price. All my AC needs I go here for the parts.

    Our fan motor went out early Sunday morning. My husband worked on our unit for a couple of hours then we sat down to find the parts we needed online. At 12:30 we found Partsco was open on Sundays until 1pm. We are about 35 miles away. We called and found he had our parts and he stayed open past 1 so we could purchase our part on Sunday. Not only did he stay open but was very knowledgeable about the parts. He knew exactly what we needed.

    First shot at fixing my A\C, fan motor stopped. Went in with pic of motor. Found out a lot and went home, pulled the motor assembly and capacitor and took it in, per their suggestion, to ensure I got what I needed. They had all I needed and I was able to take care of it and save me $$$$. Plus, my house is getting cool again, working A\C=happy wife ;)

    I didnt see any issues with price here. Considering they deal with the public and you dont have to have a license to buy basic parts is a win. I was just a walk-in, but saved $200 by not calling a service tech. Staff was courteous and i was in and out in a few minutes. WILL come back!

    I went to another AC supply store that was closer to my house and they blew me off because the it was going to take some time to look up the capacitors I needed. The nice lady at PartsCo picked up the phone and made a call to help match my units to the parts I needed. If you want a shop that still gets the concept of customer service go to PartsCo. BTW...the HWY 6 location is the only one open dont go to the I10 shop you see on Google maps because its closed.

    I bought the furnace ignitor today at PartsCo. The price is $79 plus tax, comparing to $30 on Amazon. However, the other HVAC parts shops in a 10-miles radius either did not have the right part or they only sell to the licensed HVAC contractors. So, although the mark up may be close to 200%, if you cant wait for the mail delivery, this could be your place to go. And they were quite nice to me.
