Last week, my AC was acting up and not cooling the way it used to. We called Temperature Pro and got a quick response from Garrett. He came out the same day to check it out for us. Turns out the whole unit was bad. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He gave us options on what we could do, moving forward. There was no sales gimmick, no BS, no pressure. Communication and transparency was top notch. And I really appreciated that. He came out the next day with Austin to install our unit. They professionally explained what they were doing step by step which put us at ease. Their work ethic and customer service was worth a million stars! From start to finish, both Garrett and Austin were courteous and answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns. I have never been more satisfied with a company in my life! I called TemperaturePro Katy-Cypress on Monday afternoon (8/12/24) and they dispatched a technician to my home Tuesday morning (8/13/24). The technician Garret was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He educated me on my system and how it works and was happy to answer all my questions. Jon and his team are the best! We noticed that the AC wasnt blowing any cool air and the temperature was rising fast within our home. I knew we needed to call someone and hope that they could make it out to fix the issue ASAP. It was pretty late in the evening, but I was able to speak with someone at TemperaturePro Katy-Cypress, told them the issue, and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning. Amazing! The technicians that came out (Austin & Jamal) did a thorough examination of my HVAC system, diagnosed the problem, walked me through different options to resolve the issue, and made sure the AC was cooling our home before leaving. Austin and Jamel did a great job at diagnosing my upstairs unit a/c issue. They were very thorough in identifying what was needed and double checking their diagnosis. My system warranty was up about one month ago and they did not try to sell me any new parts (in spite of the fact that my system warranties were up on both of my units about one month earlier) and checked both thermostats as I have an upstairs and downstairs unit. I highly recommend both of these technicians at Temperature Pro!

They had a technician out the same day, he had to order a part- got it first thing in the morning and had us cool again immediately. Chris was amazing. We had 2 new heating & A/C systems installed recently by TemperaturePro. Then we had a problem with one of the units. Some A/C companies would complain about having to come back out so soon, delay, or try to give you a quick fix. Not TemperaturePro! They do the job right! The TemperaturePro guys are the BEST! Appointments are made quickly, the contact always arrives by text or phone before they do, and they are here when they say they will be. Quality work, friendly people. And when theres a mechanical problem or defect (as there sometimes is, in even the best of equipment), they are quick to replace/repair, without question. My AC stopped working and TemperaturePro sent Josh Kestler to service my unit. Josh was a godsend, because he sat patiently with me and listened to my concerns. After I was done explaining, he gave me his opinion on what could be causing the problem and when we went outside to check my compressor, he got it running in under 5 minutes. He even went above and beyond and checked my furnace and evaporator coils for any leaks and patched up a few areas that needed to be sealed. He was very knowledgeable and worked with a high level of integrity. I highly recommend TemperaturePros and Josh Kestler if you ever need your AC or Heating to be looked at or replaced, because they are professionals looking into their customers best interest, and I am 100% confident that the job will be done right!

Just used Temperature Pro and was able to get serviced on the same day Jon Blitz and Jonathan the technician were very understanding and knowledgeable and were able to handle my crisis with exceptional professionalism. I even received an email with pictures of everything that was noted to be wrong and fixed. The problem was explained to me and I was able to understand what had happened with my AC system.I was given a two hour period For the technician Jonathan to arrive and he arrive within that time period. I cant speak highly enough of Josh Kestler and TemperaturePro. I could cry with relief honestly, truly. Our house was getting warm downstairs and it was time to check things out. This company was one I called for getting a second quote after the initial company I called (NBL air conditioning, a rec) said we needed to replace both of our 2009 units and told us a sob story of what was wrong with them. (Unfortunately, I could not be present for them, only my wife.) Josh, however, brought multiple tools to hook up to the unit to diagnose the issue. He explained to me (being a first-time home owner) what he was seeing and that various parts were in acceptable range values and therefore working and not malfunctioning. He figured out that our capacitor was toast and it would fix the issue if replaced. He replaced it and answered the additional questions I had while seated at our kitchen table, our house instantly cooling down as we discussed. It was about a $350 solution while the other company wanted to scare us into buying 9k apiece units. TemperaturePro couldve done the same honestly and I wouldve been none the wiser. They lost money on us in the short term by not taking advantage of us, but in the long-term, theyll have our business forever and be better for it. I highly recommend this company. We were in such a jam and having a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, who could almost feel my pain was priceless. TWICE they squeezed us in to troubleshoot an issue when we had our roof replaced. (Yes, the two can be related much to my surprise but it turned out that this was not related at all ). We had help within hours both instances. What is more important than having a reliable company at your fingertips to contact in the heat of summer ON A FRIDAY when your AC falls apart and outside becomes cooler than your home and you have a sick parent staying with you (they did not even know this). Downstairs AC Unit on two story single family home stopped cooling on Friday evening - either the condenser unit capacitor or cooling fan motor failed. TemperaturePro came out Saturday morning and troubleshot the failure to the fan motor. Planned to replace motor on Monday once parts store opened; figured we could make it through the weekend with just the upstairs AC working. Situation worsened on Sunday evening when the upstairs AC Unit stopped cooling. House got warmer real fast and planned for possible hotel stay for couple of days. TemperaturePro came out first thing Monday morning with two replacement fan motors just in case. (Two different OEM motors because of different capacity units.) TemperaturePro replaced downstairs fan motor as planned in 30 minutes; only had to replace the capacitor for the upstairs condenser in less than 10 minutes. Both condenser units were tested, fans checked for proper rotation and current draw, and the house cooled down by nightfall. Family did not need to stay in a hotel. TemperaturePro was responsive and quicker than most other service companies that we called.
