I went in to the location in Alvin with some questions. All i can say is AWESOME. Both the older gentlemen Floyd and the younger gentlemen Seth were over the top friendly and knowledgeable. . They went out of their way. Definitely would recommend. Ignore all negative reviews. This business is exceptional

The staff was really helpful when I bought a 3-ton condenser unit. The unit would not fit into the back of my suburban, without asking the staff stayed over while I went to get a trailer and they helped me with loading it up, it was 20 minutes after their closing hours. Thank you, our rent house is cooling again.

As a homeowner you may not feel comfortable dealing with a, Commercial Oriented business,I found Transstar A/C Supply makes you feel right at home. And dont expect overpriced merchandise. I needed a part for my home A/C unit I found it on the Internet at a low price, before adding shipping, Add in having to wait 2-3 days to be delivered.I got what I needed at a comparable price the same day,now my house is cool, family is happy.
