    Ms. Samantha over there at Shearer Supply is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her customers and is always pleasant when I speak to her on the phone. When other reps and supply houses told me they couldnt get me a part she went the extra mile that others would not and was able to locate the part in a week where others told me months. Due to this staff and especially her amazing service I will definitely recommend any contractors needing American Standard or Trane Parts to go here.

    The best customer service in the game. Its very easy to get someone on the phone or in person. The parking can be difficult but most of the time you are in and out. Pricing is higher on standard parts or stock for your truck but I love the people so most of the time its worth it

    I have been a regular customer of Shearer Supply since they open the Fort Worth doors in 1983. Wonderful company!! I have been in business since 1978 and I can tell you it is a world of difference to walk into a Shearer store vs any other HVAC company in DFW. As a matter of fact I had to go into a Goodman store this morning to get a Daikin part they ordered for a mini split customer of mine. Took 30 minutes, Im not making this up, they are using a MS Dos program on their computer system to handle a warranty issue and the computer system kept locking up. My time is important. Shearer keeps a full staff and Im in and out. Just a pleasure every time I visit them.

    As part of a small HVAC company located over an hour away from the store, Shearer Supply has consistently demonstrated wonderful customer service, excellent response time to inquiries regarding part details, and prompt deliveries. Since we primarily recommend American Standard products, this is our first and basically always last stop for hardware and technical support.Typically we speak with James, and he always seems to have the answers we need.I dont know I can offer enough of a glowing recommendation. Seriously these guys are great.

    Jimmy did a great job with the delivery of my HVAC system. He called me prior to delivery and worked with me to set up a time that I would be home. He was very respectful of mine and neighbors lawn as he was backing in our drive. He made sure the HVAC system was placed in a convenient location and out of my way.
