    We love the customer service at Shearer supply, Dennis is their best guy but we still like all the other people also. Fast, efficient and they know there stuff so it makes it easier when you come here. Everyone is very friendly and on certain days they even feed you a meal and its always delicious. Thanks to all the people at the Carrollton location which is the main location we use

    Theres not to many places out there you can count on in the extreme situations, but Shearer supply is one of them. They are always ready with you to make sure you have what you need to help others and it is greatly appreciated.     If youre looking for a supply house that actually answers their phone when you call instead of using an answering service THEN LOOK NO FURTHER!! They understand that our time is valuable. The guys at the counter are very knowledgeable to the Pont of memorization. You know on Cheers when Norm walks in and he gets that at home welcome. Thats what you get. Theirs is the only hat Ive ever worn. And that wont be changing anytime soon, or later for that matter. Keep up the awesome work guys

    My company deals with every major manufacturer and distributor in the air conditioning and heating business in north Texas and without a doubt Shearer Supply is by far the most responsive to their dealers whether it be for training, customer service, sales and promotion or competitive bidding on residential and small commercial projects. They always answer the phone on the second or third ring and if I have a question or need technical assistance while at a customers home or place of business Shearer Supply is just a phone call or text away. I cannot say that about any other distributor that I deal with. I always feel that I am the most important person they have to deal with and they always have a helpful and positive attitude from top management to the guys in the warehouse and everyone in between.
