We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? Im not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didnt have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions Ive ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well. -
