    Signed up for the 2 year maintenance plan and they have gone above and beyond to fix my issues. I was concerned at first when I started having issues after the initial maintenance, but it was probably coincidence due to the general age of my unit and the hurricane that we just had blast through. Theyve been very accommodating and done everything they can to get us working again.

    Had a great experience with this company. first of all i had already gotten 2 quotes before i called Maxx Comfort and this was the most affordable BY FAR. The main service technician (unsure his name) was extremely knowledgeable and explained things well. The ladies i spoke to for scheduling and pricing were all very sweet as well. We needed to replace our whole system and they sent a large crew so the job was finished super quickly.They also sent a copy of warranty, a thank you card, and gift in the mail which was a nice touch. Great service and great pricing!

    Exceptional customer service and fast, same day response time. The office communicated when the technician was en route. Upon arrival, I was impressed that technician was respectful of current COVID sensitivities by wearing a mask and keeping distance. The tech, Lupe, assessed our problem, replaced the part, and had our home cooling in no time. I found Maxx Comfort’s pricing to be the most competitive and availability to be the most flexible.     Having had less than ideal HVAC experiences before, I was wary of having to reach out to another company, but Im thankful I did and that I chose Maxx Comfort. The gentleman who arrived to check out our unit, Mr. Gonzales, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our units issue quickly and repaired it even faster. And during a Texas summer, you know how important that is. The fee for the work was incredibly fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services, and I know I will use Maxx Comfort again without hesitation.

    I decide to call Maxx Comfort, even though I had a scheduled appointment with someone else the next day. I am so glad I did. They scheduled me same day service on my AC and were polite, professional and on time. I couldnt believe the price I was quoted. Saved me $160. The tech answered all my questions and was in and out. I would definitely use their service again.

    My parents had a wonderful experience with Maxx Comfort. A very experienced professional and bilingual (super ➕ ➕ for those of us who are more comfortable speaking Spanish)came to service my parents unit. I live 3 hours away from my parents. I try to help them as much as I can looking for companies when appliances go wrong. I felt very at ease and trusted what had to be done. I could hear my parents calm over the phone. They felt taken care of. Every why was explained as to what was wrong. MAXX COMFORT will be taking care of my parents a/c services from now on.

    Excellent Service and Extremely Knowledgeable! The A/C unit at my Dads church has been getting vandalized. We called Maxx Comfort. They gave my Dad different ideas on how to keep it from getting vandalized. Ideas that my Dad never even thought of! Now my Dad and the church have peace of mind knowing that it will no longer be tampered with! :) Thank you so much Maxx Comfort! We will definitely be using them again!!

    Amazing and Awesome is an understatement. Trustworthy and exceeding communicative about the service. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, the service couldn’t be completed in a consecutive time frame and a technician had to come back later in the evening. The evening technician was amazing, filling me in on the how’s and why’s of AC 101- she could probably teach a class. So happy LOCALLY OWNED Maxx Comfort was able to help!

    My heating wasn’t working. Called Maxx Comfort around 8am in the morning and they had someone out by 10am. Lupe was friendly, informative, and just amazing.     When the AC stops working it can be a very unpredictable and nervous time. I wondered how much of my kids college savings it was going to eat away. Plus my wife was looking to me to be her FLASH like hero so there was little discomfort to her. I made the right choice calling Maxx Comfort Air. First he calmed my nerves after we talked on the phone (savings was safe) and then he came out the same day and got me running again. My wife thinks I am the hero of the day, and that is okay with me but every super hero has someone that gets them there. For me it was Lupe at Maxx Comfort Air. Highly recommend you let this company make you the hero of your story. Great Work!

    I had a service call out today (first time) where I had a not-so-great experience from the service technician (not from a work effort perspective, but from a commercial price point). I was disappointed and raised a concern with the owner.I had 2 calls where the owner called me personally and understood the problem statement as well as apologized to me for my lack of delight. She then got a service credit and issued a refund immediately.I have never experienced this level of ownership and customer centricity. I told her that she has a customer for life and that I will recommend this organization everywhere I go.Update - June 23: called owner for a servicing for my rental and received great service concluded in 3 hours with tech and resolution completed.

    I called Maxx after the first repairman didnt get the job done right. They came out the same day. Lupe found the issue that was large, but repaired it to work for a while, as I am losing my job st the end of September. He is very knowledgable and went above and beyond to get me out of a bind at this difficult time, and at an affordable price.

    Forget those big companies that deal with A/C. These guys absolutely are the best! I am a trucker and I installed a mini split A/C on my truck. I put the wrong coolant in it and it wasn’t cooling the best. I am on the road and need it so I don’t waste gas idling all night. I literally called 10 other companies and half were big name ones to come help me out but they all said no. Then, I finally found these guys and I am super happy! The owner was super professional and knew his job well. He took great care of me and understood my situation. Thank you guys for the outstanding company you run! You just saved me a lot of money when know one else would!

    Maxx Comfort came highly recommended from a colleague when we were in need of an A/C repair last year. This time, our furnace was struggling to keep up with the recent cold spell of 2021, I was beyond impressed and grateful for the quick response time during the snowpocalypse, communication and courtesy of the staff, and reasonable cost of the repair. Maxx Comfort provided comfort for our family during extreme weather conditions. Our neighbors ended up walking over and needing service. They called dispatch and were able to accommodate our neighbors too even so late in the day! We are a forever loyal customer! God bless!
