Always knowledgeable and friendly staff from the very first time I ever walked in the door. The staff isnt rude like the competition was, they dont ignore walk-ins, the competition does, dont have problems answering questions for someone who wasnt sure what had to be done in a certain situation, the competition didnt even begin to try to find an answer.This crew knows their customers and they never seem to let the fact that they are the best at what they do go to their heads. Keep it up because of your attention to service and your knowledge of your product youre going to be around long after the competition isnt.

William at century a/c is awesome. I had a problem with an a/c for a computer server and he went above and beyond to help me, also William helped me on my second trip back to the store. I wish there were more men like him in this world. Thank you so much for all your help William, everything came out fine with the server. You are truly a blessing. Giovanna answered the phone with such vigor and positivity, the excitement was pouring out of my speaker. When I arrived I found the rare parts I needed were waiting for me at the counter. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
