Carrier Corporate,Please take note of a valuable asset you have in Shelby the Branch Manager at the Webster, Tx. Location.She has made things happen that have not happened with past management.Yesterdays/todays transaction I had with Shelby, saved me time and money.She happened to call me as I was gassing up my truck to travel a 70 mile round trip to go to Port Northwest to pick up a condenser coil. I was told by another Carrier rep. (Not at Webster location) that the coil not be transferred to Webster.Shelby handled it and had the coil transferred in this mornings shipment!She has also called and texted prior to this to see if we needed anything or anything she could do for us.You’ve got a Great Asset In Shelby, take note!Thank You, Shelby! Your hard work is noticed and appreciated!
