We had a great experience with the Salas team! Our agent Elisa is a godsend. We were overseas when we started the process so there was of apprehension and we are first time home buyers- talk about scary. But with Elisa our worries were put to rest. She was extremely thorough in showing us the homes, leaving nothing out. She answered our numerous questions, adjusted to our 14 hour time difference and was super patient. She stayed in constant communication and kept us updated on everything which was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond and even told us about the area as it is our first time in Texas. This was my first time buying a house and there was a lot of information thrown at us at once. Kayla was so helpful and made us feel at ease about the whole process. She was also patient with us because we have hard schedules to work around and we had a long drive to get to where we were purchasing. She answered any questions we had and was always around to talk. Melissa from the Salas team super professional and if anyone is selling there home request her. She worked even on her vacation. I call the office and they said she is on vacation, then I texted her and she called me back to answer all my questions and concerns. She worked late at night because she was texting at 7 or 8pm to get things resolved with the house I was selling. Sold my house day before it went on the market. We used Melissa with the Salas Team to sell our home in Killeen, TX she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. The Salas Team stood out as the best central Texas has to offer. Their advertising presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.Melissa assisted us with a very stressful situation from the beginning. We had tenants that didn’t want to move out after their move out inspection was booked and refused to show home to interested buyers. She assisted us with going back and forth with a property manager that wasn’t much assistance and took over the property when tenants moved out. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on the Killeen area. The home received multiple offers less than 24 hours after the first showing began. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont (but should), like having professional photographs taken, ensuring property is taken care of while it was vacant, repairs and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge is exactly what every home seller wants to see done. Our house went under contract 1 day after we put it on the market over the asking price. My family and I will continue to support the Salas Team and will use Thwm again when we move back to Texas!

We listed our house right at the time COVID-19 started and thought it would be a difficult process but it wasn’t. The whole team is very nice and takes care of everything for you answering any questions along the way. We are a military family and had to do our closing from out of town and it was super easy.
