I was skeptical at first but after a really rough year I had no choice but to sell my house and move on. My dealings were with Nick and Kate, and they were both amazing. After the year I’ve been through I was pretty worried, and Nick patted me on the back and said “ Tom, don’t worry about it, we are the easy button” and I will confirm they were exactly that. I cannot say enough good things about Sennas process. From Nick coming out and working with us on the offer, to Kate managing the items leading up to the closing, our experience was very easy. My mother-in-law is 96 and she had been in her house for 60 years. Senna made it very simple on her and allowed the kids to handle the items necessary to hit our target closing date. They also allowed us to rent back, and any items we did not want, Senna told us to leave in the house and they would take care of it. Awesome experience!

I would strongly suggest Senna House Buyers. I had a rental home and the occupant was continuously behind 2 House notes , I offered to let the person buy my house all I wanted was for it to be out of my name because it was continuously bringing down my credit score . When Senna stepped in and I signed a contract I felt bad for the person that wanted to buy my house and I talked to Senna and they were willing to void contract but I was asked to get the person that wanted to buy to have a contract with in two to three weeks and if he couldnt do that to go ahead sell to Senna. I talked to the person that wanted to buy and he never could come up with a contract so I told him to instead of paying the next rent to apply it somewhere else so that he could get out because no one can afford to pay rent on 2 different houses and it turned into a nightmare because he stopped paying rent and refused to leave.Senna House Buyers stayed with me through the whole thing and took him to court and had him removed.Thank you so much Senna House Buyers because I couldnt have done it without you.

This company is AMAZING! I needed to sell my house fast and I didnt want to deal with any of the hassle with a listing. However, after wasting a lot of time with other companies who said one thing and did another, I was just about to give up on the whole sell your house for cash thing. Thankfully, I didnt give up before I talked with Senna. I was very happy that I found the letter from Senna home buyer mail to me months ago about their service. Right off the bat, Nick set proper expectations and treated me like a close friend. He told me some hard truths about my house, but educated me and was upfront. He gave me a fair offer for my house and did everything he told me he said he was going to do. I didnt have to deal with cleaning it up, fixing it up, and they paid all my closing costs AND they closed when they told me they would! After closing there were a few things I needed from the house. We live in La Marque and the house was in Houston, so Nick and his team and Senna even paid for movers to deliver my things to my house in La Marque! I NEVER had to lift a finger. If youre looking for an easy way out of selling your house, the entire team at Senna is really the way to go. They truly care. So glad I chose them!

JUST DO IT! You couldn’t be in better hands! While making the decision to sell we needed to decide which route to take…traditional (hire a realtor) or Sell for Cash! Then we had to decide who we would go with if we sold for cash! I then had the pleasure of meeting Nick….such a wonderful guy! He explained everything to us and answered every question we had to make sure we were clear. Nick really went above and beyond and helped in every way he could. The process was SUPER easy and fast! My experience was with Erin. She contacted me to inquire if I was willing to sell my flooded home. My first thought was its going to be a low ball offer but in dire circumstances it was worth a talk. My wife and I met with Erin and she presented very well explaining how Senna operates and most importantly what price we could fetch working with them. We worked out our bottom price and she assured us they would have a buyer for us with high certainty. Despite the assurance, pessimism did abound in waiting but Erin did a great job of communicating with us the entire time. Within 3 weeks a buyer was secured and we proceeded towards a sales transaction. The only negative aspect of this deal was the buyer took a long time to close but that is no fault of Erin or Senna Home Buyers. At this point Liz from Senna was a party in coordinating everything between buyer, seller and the title company. In the end they helped us conclude our sale. The sense of relief and the ability to move on from hurricane Harvey was liberating. The moment was definitely bitter sweet. Many thanks to Erin and Liz and we gladly endorse them if youre considering doing business with Senna House Buyers.

Senna House buyers swept me off my feet and debunked the negative perspectives I had towards house investors. I have contacted 5 Home buyers in Houston to help me out in buying my house for fair price so I could move on with my family to my new job location but I have been disappointed with the way they have been handling business. Let me use this medium to expose them may be it will teach readers of this review a lesson. When I called them, they would schedule visit appointment and gave me price of for instance 175k (on a house worth 210k in the market). I would agree with them and they would tell me I would be contacted as soon as they meet with their partner. 2 or 3 hours later, they would text me that they were sorry they could only pay 145k for it. This is deceptive and hypocritical of highest pedigree!When I met Senna house buyers, Will and his partner came in their work attire (very professional, unlike others who came in secular wears), went round the house, gave a fair price and brought out the contract Form to pen a deal. I was able to close my house in 10 days (weekend inclusive).I will recommend you guys to friends and anyone in need of your service for you have done a great job!

Great company to work with. They are prompt (aka return calls quickly), they are up front (they say what they are going to do and then do it) and they follow-up (meaning they call you when you havent called them). I worked with Mat, who walked me through the process and got me a fair quote quickly. We needed to sell my father-in-laws house. It had several issues and multiple contracts fell through because of the issues. Senna gave me a fair quote. While we were talking to Senna we got a bid on the home. That bid did out cancel and we sold. Because of this we did not do business with Senna, HOWEVER Senna understood and stayed in contact with us and were ready to step in and close quickly if needed. I highly recommend this company and I have found working with people like Senna is smart business.

Ive known Mat Trenchard for years, both personally and professionally, and he is a class act all the way. So, when my wife and I were ready to upgrade our home we decided to switch realtors and go with Mat and his team at Senna. We were not disappointed. As most house buyers know, the Greater Houston market has been demanding the last couple of years. Finding the right house, getting the offer in before its sold, and beating out the other offers tendered while staying within your budget, can be a big challenge to say the least. This is especially true with the very narrow area and specific criteria we wanted. Fortunately for us, Senna apparently is just really good at what they do. In our target area houses were being sold sometimes the day they were placed on the market for more than asking. Senna navigated it all for us. They found good potential houses and spent the time to look at them thoroughly with us and answer any and all questions (which is huge for me because I can be persnickety). Mats experience in all areas of real estate also enabled him to identify potential issues with the houses we looked at that we never would have thought about. When we found the right one, the seller was stubborn and very shrewd when it came to discussing concessions for defects that needed repaired. Senna did not back down, and after some hardball got us more than we expected. When it was all said and done, we ended up in a great house, in the neighborhood we wanted, within our budget. On top of that, because of Sennas extensive network, they were able to sell our old house for the price we wanted the week before the listing even went live. I couldnt believe how easy it was. I highly recommend them and will definitely go with them again for personal or investment real estate needs.

We had to sell our home quickly. Alex and Sam came in, did a work estimate on their first viewing and provided a firm cash offer with no option period. When we closed, the price they offered was the price we were paid. If anyone else is in the same position where they need to sell quickly, be aware that the competitors will come, view the house and give you a high number. Once you sign with them, they will have their contractors come in and provide the estimate on what it will take to rehab the house. They will then come back and negotiate a lower price. Every. Single. Time. The competitors will also have an option period which will tie up your time while they negotiate a lower price. In a situation where you need to sell fast, your options become more limited as option periods go through the days. We went with one of the other guys and what happened is exactly as stated above. Thankfully, Sam and Alex were still there, nothing changed with their offer, and we closed on the date originally promised. Why should you trust them? When they first come to view your property, they work up their own estimate on how much rehab will cost, so they know how much they can offer in order to make the deal profitable. No offer price pulled out of the air before contractors provide an estimate. Second, they put good money in escrow (more than $1k in our case). Third, they have no option period in which to back out of the deal.
