Shawn and his team were a wonderful resource for us for our first home sale. From the moment Shawn stepped into our house to give an evaluation I could tell that he had the expertise to get the sale done and done fast. He noted what fixes needed to be made that would be the most economical in terms of saving us more of our equity. Shawn also has the insight on the market since he specializes in the Heights and stays on top of all the home sales in the area.We used Shawns list of contacts to do repairs or get quotes on repairs on our home, such as stucco painting and sealing, general repairs, and roof repair. This saved us a ton of money, since the quotes we got elsewhere were a few thousand more than his contacts. This in combination with the expertise of what to fix that would fetch the highest prices while saving the most money allowed us to pull more equity out of this sale than we would have otherwise.Ashley, Jessica, and Stacie were also very communicative throughout this entire process and made it so easy and hands off for us. We felt well taken care of and not really stressed throughout everything, which put us at ease since we have a young child and didnt have much time to devote. We highly recommend Shawn and his team for any real estate needs.

Nick was great with showings and very pleasant & professional to work with. I really connected with Jennifer Pampolina. She was very comforting and supportive. Phenomenal Experience!When searching for our new house we were beyond filled with anxiety, nerves and excitement as we were looking for a specific type of house on either of one of two streets and if not one of those two streets we were prepared to wait it out (at least that is what we thought, hahaha!). With these limitations it made an already competitive market all that more competitive and of course this did not help with the anxiety that comes with home buying.Then it seemed overnight the perfect house became available, filled with excitement and joy we submitted our first offer only to find out we were in a multiple offer situation, not what you want to hear when you finally find the house that is for you.And this when Trey Chambers, Shawn Manderscheid, Paula Hines, Jennifer Pampolina and Ashley Crumpler became our House Heroes!

He is now affectionately known as uncle Greg to our children, he was kind and patient and did not exclude our children throughout the process, he actively engaged them, kept them entertained so my husband and I could pay close attention during open houses and private viewings. Initially we were seeking homes for sale in all corners of Houston due to the current state of the housing market, however Gregs extensive knowledge of real estate, current market trends and guidance, helped us concentrate our efforts where we really needed to be for work, school and play.
