I am a paralegal in Dallas. Our clients are heirs involved in a rather large real estate transaction out of state. We had to find an experienced mobile notary. I needed Jay to get closing docs signed by two families 60 miles apart in Harris County. From the beginning, Jay was super friendly and professional. I was confident we were in good hands. And we were. There were several moving parts here, and Jay just went with the flow. It was handled perfectly, and the out-of-state real estate attorney was equally pleased when he received the documents straight from Houston. Five Stars, 10/10, two thumbs up, and an Oscar for Jay. He just became our go-to notary in Harris and surrounding counties.
