You all...I have been knowing Jennifer since 2016. I found Jennifer after a realtor thought that I was not serious in buying a home and rejected my request to show a house. I forgot what happened exactly since it was years ago. My husband and I were first time homebuyers. I wanted to see a property but I didnt have something in hand where I can show that we were approved for a certain amount. That real estate agent was quite rude. I guess she had bad experiences. WELP! Her lost! I found Jennifer....I looked at her credentials. Do you know what won me over? Her face. She had a genuine face, one who wont try to push me to buy. One thing about me....when I am ready to buy....you dont have to sale me on anything. I know my budget and I know what I want. If I want your opinion then trust me....I will ask you. Jennifer is funny, kind, genuine, not pushy, organized, efficient, manages her time well, and always available if you need to ask a question. She isnt rude, nor will she ghost you. I highly recommend Ms. Jennifer Yoingco of Houston Suburb Group. She is very professional and has a good interpersonal skills. I first met her last year on one of my friends house warming. She is also his realtor. I really appreciate her no pressure approach even after choosing her as a realtor. I’m so glad that I did my thorough research first while on realtor hunting before I signed up with one. The time spent reading reviews and watching youtube videos really paid off. That’s because I found a licensed broker who actually exceeded my expectations. Ms. Jennifer Yoingco knows her craft very well, she answers all of my questions from the moment I met her online and even post house closing. Her concern for me as a client is unending and unwavering. I really felt her support for me by her always showing up and always being available regardless of the time of the day or how busy she gets, she responds as soon as she is able to. How can I forget that day when my children and I flew from out of state to visit the property site in April in Texas. She and her supportive husband welcomed me and my family in the model house where she made sure that all the initial disclosures I was about to sign is complete and accurate. I have owned 4 homes in my lifetime and feel that you would be hard pressed to find a more resolute real estate agent who genuinely cares about YOU and what your needs and desires are when buying or selling your home. And do not just take my word for it, research her on Zillow, Google, and other real estate websites like I did and read the excellent reviews on Ms. Yoingco.She is not only knowledgeable, patient, personable, kind, always accessible, but so smart (holds a degree in Chemical Engineering) and very savvy when it comes to everything from presenting your home online to getting information to you in a timely manner through email, cell phone and various other avenues.I went through an Assumption Loan process as the seller in August 2024, which is a whole other monster than a traditional home sell. When my husband and I decided to relocate our family to Houston, I started scouring YouTube to find out as much as I could about the area. I stumbled across Jennifer’s Realtor videos that discussed everything from neighborhoods, flood zones, to homesteads. It was a wealth of information to help us make some really well-informed decisions… and again, that was just from her videos!!When we were ready to move forward, I contacted Jennifer and she was warm, friendly, and quick to respond. She made it extremely easy to communicate even though we were 2400 miles apart and in a different time zone.The real estate market is crazy pretty much everywhere… but it was an insane process trying to get a contract to stick with a good house. After two accepted offers with two less than desirable home inspections (to say the least) and three rejected offers we were starting to get desperate. When we found THE house, Jennifer was quick to get our offer in, and in a multiple offer situation… our offer was accepted.We were so excited! The house inspection went off without a hitch and we thought we would be crossing the finish line in 30 days, unfortunately, that was not the case. The lender I chose almost killed the deal. Jennifer was vigilant in her communication with the lender and proactive in helping get inane conditions that were just stall tactics by the underwriter. The lender blasted through TWO closing date deadlines and Jennifer stuck with us to negotiate the extensions.Finally, when it was obvious that the lender was going nowhere, we were referred to another local lender that repackaged our loan. There was still that element of surprise that I don’t wish on any buyer… but the lender repackaged our loan, and we were once again moving forward! One of the conditions required... obtaining a signed letter from a new employer. Being 2400 miles away I asked the BIG ASK… would Jennifer go to the office to get the signature? We didn’t have time for the delays in e-communication… so SHE DID!! Jennifer took unplanned time out of her schedule to do this for us to ensure our closing.There were so many moments during the lending processes that we all could have lost hope, but Jennifer stood fast and rolled up her sleeves to get in and help the process. She is definitely someone you want to have in your corner to work with you and for you. Our family highly recommends Jennifer. She is a gem!!
