Moving from a different state was made easy and as stress free as possible with Dionne! She made sure to understand my must have list and was great at providing zoom type apartment tours. She provided her local Houston input to also help me pick the best apt for me. I am extremely happy with my apt. It was clear she took the time to truly understand what I was looking for. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE.. even after I moved in, she made sure I was all settled in and liking my apt. She is a fantastic locator! I recommended two of my friends to her and they had similar experiences.

Dionne was a HUGE help! I moved to Houston and needed a place within 2-3 days. She found a ton of places with-in my budget and location preference and even went ahead and checked out a few of them in person for me before i arrived in the city. Then after i moved in she sent flowers to make me feel at home in my new apartment! She is amazing and very helpful and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone apartment or house hunting! Because looking for a rent home was very stressful for me but she reassured me that everything would work out, and it did!!! We view apartments/condos the same same I sent them to her including off market properties, also she knows the who’s whose of the realtor world as far as getting approval , last but not least she will not allow no one to take advantage of her clients and get this I pay no out of pocket !!!
