Claudia was an incredible realtor, she went above and beyond any expectations that I had for a realtor. We were under an extremely tight time frame and had extremely high expectations for our forever home. She worked with us and my daughter’s input was valued highly. She worked fast and efficiently even to putting off her own plans to get us into the homes as soon as possible. Even a broken leg in the middle of our search did not affect her efficiency. We now have the perfect home for us and I can never thank Claudia enough.

Our experience with Tyler Homes Group at Keller Williams and especially working with Claudia Carroll was flawless. She and her assistant, Cindy Walker, took us through every step of the process and assured us that we would find our perfect home. Which we did. No matter the time of day or situation, they were both there to help us. We live about two hours away, so Claudia always made our visits worthwhile and very successful. My wife and I were interested in a lake house on Lake Palestine. We discovered Claudias website, and it was exactly what we were looking for. It included terrific pictures and descriptions for a large number of available properties in the different price ranges. Claudia and her team were outstanding in meeting with us and showing us a number of homes that met our criteria. They were excellent in the way they guided us through the process of home selection, contract negotiation, inspection, and negotiating resolution of inspection issues. Claudia and her team are most professional, insightful, experienced, understanding, knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable. And, they produce the results desired by their client. THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!!!! Do not look anywhere else!!!! Claudia and her assistant Cindy are the best of the best!!!! From the moment I was referred to Claudia I have been OVERWHELMED AT HOW INCREDIBLE SHE WAS!!!! She was fast and so professional and truly cared about what I needed!!!! No matter what was thrown at her she tackled it and got the job done. The hardest thing I will ever do is to try to write a review for Claudia that is less than 10 pages! I COULD TALK FOR DAYS ABOUT HER! Once she got a closing date her absolutely amazing assistant Cindy worked with me to get the paperwork done. She was INCREDIBLE and made it to where she handled everything and just told me what little I had to do!!!! I just wish I had another house to sell because I will miss these two! Ive bought and sold 7 homes over the last 23 years and Ive used Claudia as my agent for each one. She is very knowledgeable and has saved me a lot of money and angst by going over the contracts with a fine tooth comb. This expertise is why you use an agent. She has really helped me on the buying side by pointing out things that I wouldnt have noticed and steering me away from houses with problems. She has served me as a pre-inspector and saved me time and money in that regard. She is very responsive, as is her assistant, Cindy. To top it off, both of them are super nice and a pleasure to be around and work with. I highly recommend!
