Not only did she take the time to walk us through every detail of buying a home—breaking down the complexities of real estate in a way that made sense to us—but she also prayed with us and for us through it all.She also made sure our transition fun and memorable. On our very first night in our new home, she had thoughtfully left ice cream sundae supplies in the freezer. Our kids, aged 6, 5, and 4, were absolutely thrilled!Twila is very passionate about what she does. I can’t say enough good things about her. First of all, it took us a year to find a house we wanted to buy. During that time, Twila arranged for us to see several properties that we didnt end up going after for one reason or another. She was always patient with the fact that we were first time home buyers and always let us see any property we were interested in. Finally, we saw one we wanted. The process ended up taking about two months, with obstacles and delays. She was always ready to listen and she masterfully negotiated a price and a situation that we are very satisfied with. She knows how to listen to her clients and is an excellent communicator. She patiently eased our minds several times when we misunderstood the situation, or a document we had signed, and even when we thought it wasnt going to be possible to get a loan for this house. If you want an expert who can roll with the rollercoaster ride of the home buying process and bring it all together, she is the person to call.
