Tracey is spectacular - You should definitely choose her as your agent!The reason I say this is I decided to move my family to Corpus Christi from Northern Illinois. In looking up realtors I was amazed at the number of positive reviews Tracy had in comparison with all the others in the area, and now I know why!! Once Tracey had an idea what we were looking for she went to work.Buying a home long distance is a challenge - we flew into town for a weekend and Tracey had 8 appointments for us to see available properties. It is my pleasure to share my recent experience working with Tracey Cazalas. She returned my initial phone call while boarding a plane for her vacation. Tracey explained that she would not be returning until late on a Saturday night, but would be happy to meet with me on Sunday. Over a year ago we found Tracy while looking for a second home/investment property on the island. While out in Port Aransas we found a couple listings that we were interested in, called the listing agents and after 24hrs never got a call back. I googled best real estate agents in the area and her name came up on the list. We called her and 10 minutes later she called back. from that first call until our closing on our new property last week Tracy was the absolute best agent we have ever experienced, and we have purchased several properties in several states over the span over 40 years. I have always believed in the moto facts are your friends her experience/knowledge of the market and tell it as she sees it approach was like hiring a best in class consultant vs the typical real estate sales pitch folks. She knows a honest, reliable, people that do work fast, for a good price in every specialty you can ( or won’t have to ) think of.
