I worked with James Carpenter to purchase my first house. He was very accommodating and patient with all of my questions and anxieties about the process. He set up showings for every house I wanted to see, made time to keep me updated/was easily reachable, and had helpful advice when it seemed I wasnt finding what I was looking for. He also had great recommendations for everything from insurance agents to lawn care companies. Nothing less than magical!James knows real estate from every angle and for any contingency. From Texas, he found a Keller Williams associate in Chicago to help us sell our house. Once we moved to Texas he and his amazing team worked tirelessly to help us find and buy the right house. We would peruse the listings, send them a list and within a few hours they had called all the sellers and set up appointments for us to see the houses, and we were on the road. When we hit bumps in the process James was right there to review the problem and offer not only a solution, but any support we might have needed as well. I can’t count the number of times he called us just to be sure we were ok and offer his assistance.
