    From my experience, there is nobody who can get you top dollar like Kim can. My home was an older 50s home and had its areas showing age. (peaked flooring, broken windows, old roof, old carpet, etc) Kim helped prepare my house on a REALLY tight budget transforming it into someones dream house. She knew just the right people to call to get my updates done and done quickly maximizing every dollar I spent for resale. I learned quickly, these details mattered and affect the selling price.Kim sold it for tens of thousands more than I thought I could get. It literally changed my life over night. There are few people who come into your life that can make that happen.Kim coming into my life set me up for greatness. (Been 4 years now) You really cant ask for more from someone. And if you think selling my house was a walk in the park, youre wrong. I had nearly no money to my name and there were a lot of issues that came up. Tough issues all along the way. How she navigated them was impressively professional and decisive.If you make it this far...To date, she has bought and sold houses for 3 generations of my family. Truth is, didnt even know it at the time. I was a cold call a couple years prior. She just kept in touch. Checking up on me. When I decided to sell, I needed someone I could trust. I didnt want a friend realtor, I needed an expert to get my house sold. Someone who kept in touch with me for 2 years made it an easy choice. She showed serious commitment. - My suggestion is dont hire your friend or friend of a friend. You need to think about you and your family. Kim has to be your choice. Selling a home is stressful and tough. Theres no getting around that. You need someone to advise you all along the way.PS. Photos and social media power is so important to getting people in the door.
