Cody is amazing to work with, and he helped me feel really comfortable and confident with the house hunt and buying process! He was proactive in communication and kept me informed about all of my options and the pros/cons of each one as well as answered all of my questions throughout the process (this was my first time buying, so I had a lot of them). I really felt like he was interested in what was best for me, and he had a lot of patience as I looked around at places and figured out what that was; he provided general feedback that was helpful to consider as well as kept it real with me when I asked for more opinionated takes on things. The ideal house is such a subjective concept, and I really appreciated that Cody understood this and could walk me through exercises in how to hone in on what was most important to me. We did a pretty quick turnaround on offer to closing to get in before the end of the year, and even with him having to be out of town for portions of that time, Cody handled everything for me and was always there when I needed him. I would 100% recommend him to others and will work with him again in the future if I end up looking to sell or buy again.

Cody was a DREAM to work with. He went above and beyond for me throughout this experience, which I greatly appreciate as a first time home buyer. Cody held my hand during this process and explained everything to me, and answered every question I had, no matter how ridiculous the question. When anything came up during my inspection, he made sure to look into it as he truly wanted to make sure I was getting my dream home and that anything that needed to be repaired was addressed and reasonable for my budget. He has so many contacts for anything home-owner related (landscaper, plumber, handyman) and all of those references have also been exceptional. I dont think I could have done this without him. Cody truly wants to make sure that you have a positive home buying experience and that your home meets all of your needs. If he feels like something isnt working, he will be honest with you and help you problem solve. My review will still not capture the amazing experience Cody provided me with and I think any one would be beyond lucky to get to work with him. And, he doesnt disappear after you buy your home, you can always count on him when you have any questions post-closing!
