I used the Bryan Davis Group to sell my Frisco house when I left Texas and to purchase my Aubrey house when I returned to Texas 4.5 years later. I wouldnt want their jobs. Those two transactions were stressful, so it helps to have a team that does dozens of transactions annually who knows how to communicate with all parties when issues arise. No transaction is a layup.I recommend the Bryan Davis Group, and I recommend getting them involved in your sale or purchase...EARLY. They have a strategy for both transactions. For example, if youre selling, on your own you might spend too much time or money repairing things that dont need to be repaired either before the listing or at all. They can advise you on what, if anything, needs to be addressed prior to the listing.Real estate is local, and The Bryan Davis Group knows the entire DFW area. Have them help you with your next transaction.
