    TC Solutions is a 5 star, A+ transaction coordinator company. We worked with Stephanie directly during a recent Austin home sell. This is the first time we used a transaction coordinator. Based on my wife and my 30+ years of buying and selling real estate, we will use a transaction coordinator from now on and highly recommend you do as well. Stephanie could not have done anything better in the transaction. She was well ahead of what and when every task needed completion based on the real estate contract. Even though she represented us as the seller, she also notified us on the buyer’s status. Getting the buyer’s status gave us full confidence our home would close on time. Also, when we needed any information, like utilities, or local landscapers, home cleaning companies, she gave us the information within hours.Through the listing and 20 calendar day closing process, TC Solutions worked directly with our realtor(Friedrich Realty) and our title company(Austin Title) to make sure everything was rushed, complete and documented correctly. There were surveys, inspections, plumbers, banks, landscapers, utilities, home cleaning, an HOA transfer and a large list of other items we and the buyers needed to complete. In all cases, TC solutions kept us so up to date, that we had all of our sellers items completed in 13 days. The Buyers were complete in 15 days, but were on vacation so we kept the 20 calendar day closing time. To me honest, I did not think it was possible for a 20 day close and yet we could have done it in 15 days. My wife and my previous closing record was 28 days. Our understanding after the transaction was that the buyers also had a transaction coordinator. We will always use a transaction coordinator from now on and highly recommend using one for your real estate purchase.I should also mention our contract was contingent on the buyer’s closing on their existing home contract? Yet everything closed in 20 days, amazing proof of the value of transaction coordinators.

    Stephanie doesnt know Im writing this review because Im not on the hiring side. Im all about reviews and publicly letting others know a great service provider when I see one so here goes: Stephanie has kept in touch with all parties and followed dates perfectly throughout this transaction with prior communication each time to ensure dates are met in a timely manner. I just got a clear to close email from HER (following up on their communication) not directly from my clients lender! This tells me shes taking care of business on the back-end for her respective client prior to anyone else needing to which is what a Realtor wants. Not only has she worked on behalf of her client, she kindly updates all parties as she just did so were not double ending the same tasks/conversations which can be monotonous. Proactiveness and follow-through are strongpoints she possesses. Her organization skills are also quality and she is great at customer service and communication. If youre on the other side of a transaction she is the TC on, youll find comfort knowing the back-end is going to go smoothly.
