July of 2023, I met Stacey at an open house where she gave me sound advice about waiting till personal matters were resolved before looking in earnest for a house. Jump forward to October. I contacted Stacey to begin my look for a home. She gave sound advice to what I was able to afford. Her experience helped me to say no to some and maybe to others. She guided me through the purchasing processes on the houses we bid on. Over the three months it took us to find the right house she was patient with my frustration on looking at so many houses. Ultimately she guided me to the house I would call home. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided in finding and purchasing my home.
