Not only is Morgan a sweetheart, but an experienced professional, that from Day 1 made me feel like we were partners in this. She came over and addressed every question and concern I had, and then we made a game plan to sell our house. She provided services and advice to help us make the house show ready. Morgan was always making sure our house was getting seen. She arranged a lot of marketing on social media, took every chance for an open house. When we got the offer she walked us through every step. She made this so easy, and we trusted her every step of the way. Do not hesitate to reach out. She was EXACTLY what we needed.

I loved working with Amy & Meagan duo for 3 different deals in the last year. They are professional, courteous, detail oriented, friendly, respond to texts/calls right away and have a world of resource in their hands. I have had mortgage lenders, roofers, plumbers and even landscape people recommended when I needed to get things going. I have bought, sold and rented houses with them. Never worry if you have a picky criteria, they will find properties and listen to your needs in a house. I did not want a south facing house and wanted a kitchen with only gas stove. They diligently filtered and showed me only houses that had my criteria. I have worked with Amy since 2015 with total 7 different times and have recommended her to several friends over the years.They are both so much fun to work with, they will treat you as family and will go above and beyond to get the house you want to buy or make your house selling process as smooth as can be. Once you give them a call and talk to one of them, you’ll definitely feel the client service and trustworthiness with them.

Wow, Amy and Meagan, are so wonderful to work with. We interviewed three realtors before Amy and Meagan and just didnt feel right, even though some were good friends. In the end we know a God as He always does was aligning things for us.In one of the hardest markets with rates at unfriendly levels, Amy and Meagan pull out all the punches to find and solidify buyers. They staged our house like a phenomenal luxury penthouse, they coached us in the necessary yet simple changes to make in order to sell, and were willing to do creative stuff to attract our buyer.And once we had them, they were willing to even walk away from a sure deal that wasnt the best for us as their client. Who does that in todays market? Well, Amy and Meagan do because they truly put us first. They prayed for our family, for our house, for the buyers of our house, and they are now wonderful friends.Oh, BTW you get two realtors for the price of one. Its like Shark Tank when they get two of the best experts in their field.Lastly, they built into our deal a free house cleaning either before or after the sale. We chose after so we could walk out of the house and they would take care of everything from their. We moved from out of town and had the best experience with Morgan! She was so relaxed and easy to work with and showed us houses that were in our budget and fit our family. She helped us navigate a contingency which ended up turning into a bridge loan and everything was smooth and we closed on time. Highly recommend her!

Its hard not to live in Argyle, Denton or Flower Mound and not have heard of Turner Massey Realty. I have yet to meet a Real Estate Brokerage that is as involved with, and gives back to the community like they do. Not to mention, you could draw out of a hat to choose one of their Realtors, because they are all experienced, knowledgeable, and deeply care about their clients and community. I rate them 5 stars as a satisfied client and friend.

We went out looking at several houses in what seemed to be all over the DFW area. Amy and Meagan and their team of experts were absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end, they made time to meet with us at the different properties, answered questions all hours of the day, and let us know what to expect in every step of the process. As a first time homebuyers this can be overwhelming but they were shining a light the whole way through!! Highly recommend Turner-Massey Realty for that feel-good experience with a purchase this large!

We were referred to Turner Massey from our Mortgage Adviser Jim Juergens at Certainty (also fantastic! Takes adviser approach, not salesy broker approach). We were partnered with Karina Smith as our real estate agent. She helped us find our perfect home back in 2020. Since then, she has continued to stay in touch with thoughtful notes, letters, gifts, drop-bys, and helped with any questions we have had since. Additionally, we have not made any but they put on events (family friendly) for their clients. Such as trunk or treat, pictures with Santa, etc. She goes the extra mile and then some! Highly recommend Karina Smith and Turner Massey.
