Shelly is a great realtor! She is very hands-on and has helped us both buy & sell properties in Dallas, even though we actually live in south Louisiana. She sold a condo for us in Oak Lawn in a building that had over 600 units and Shelly set a record in that building for the highest $$ per sq/ft. On the buying side, she identifies prospective properties for us, based on our wish list & criteria, does the necessary research, then we either come visit those properties or she will actually FaceTime us while she tours them on our behalf.
