I will never work with another realtor on buying or selling a home. You can’t find anyone better than Sandy. Moving and relocating are so stressful but Sandy makes it as easy as possible. She thinks of every detail and is excellent at communicating with clients, agents, and other industry professionals. It has been such a joy working with Sandy on buying and selling our homes. To give a little perspective on my review of Sandy, my wife and I have lived in the Grapevine/Colleyville area for nearly 20 years. We know this market very well and absolutely love it here. In fact, we are now on our third house in this area. We have two boys enrolled in the GCISD school district who have had wonderful experiences. My family would never want to leave this great place. The kids have grown and now in their teens, and we needed a bit more space for the high school/middle school years. My wife and I considered a remodel before deciding an in-town move within the GCISD district was the right step for us.I first met Sandy Cotton at an open house as we did our own canvassing. Immediately, I knew Sandy had a comprehensive understanding of the Colleyville market. Every question I asked her was met with a deep and thoughtful response. So my wife had an easy decision to work with Sandy. The first step was to find an amazing house in Colleyville that met our needs. And secondly, Sandy helped us sell our house. Sandy is a professional at every touch point; she handled both the purchase process and the sale process with excellence. I noticed that other realtors have a great respect of Sandy because they know she gets things done the right way (and that is really helpful). What Sandy says she will do, she delivers and its always first class. Her attention to detail is incredible and she offered great recommendations along the way. Despite two decades living in the area, I felt extremely well informed with Sandys help. We were extremely prepared and had conviction with our ultimate decisions. Moreover, Sandy is a delightful person and my wife and I really enjoyed getting to know her this Fall.My expectations are always high and I rarely make a recommendation. But its easy with Sandy. I can not give a stronger approval to Sandy Cotton and give her my strongest recommendation.

5 stars are not enough! We relocated from out of state and could not have done it without Sandy. She understands the challenges of buying a home from a distance and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. She provided valuable insight into neighborhoods and what homebuyers in the area would find important should we sell in the future. Once here she also provided references to professionals who provide necessary services, all of which were happy to help especially after mentioning Sandy referred us. We would definitely work with Sandy again and have already aligned her with my parents for when they move this way!
