If you’re not using Randy Elgin to help you buy or sell your home you’re selling yourself short. He will make sure you get what’s right and his team will keep you on track. Helped me twice in purchases both closing within 3 weeks like I needed. You tell him what you need he will give you the reality of what your asking and if your ready to work then he will outwork you and make sure you don’t get rolled over by the seller. But I also be he doesn’t get pushed over by any buyer either. Tough negotiator doesn’t mind asking for anything.

We have been working with Randy for almost 3 years and he never gave up on trying to find our dream home. He was constantly incommunication with us and was always there to answer any questions that we had in the process. A quality that we love about him is that he doesn’t beat around the bush and tells you everything as it is. Each house we went to he always took extra time to see issues that we may have missed and assessed each home as if he were the one purchasing it, which in my opinion was very reassuring.
