We were recommended Lauren by family who lived in the area and we couldn’t be happier. Lauren was able to teach us about the home buying process for both existing properties and new construction. After learning more about our family and our discussions, we had all decided new construction was best. She has amazing relationships with the builders in the area and that helped so much in the process. When initially visiting, she drove us around to get a feel of what areas we liked and what areas didn’t feel like a fit, and with her knowledge of the area she found the perfect new build community for us. As soon as lots were becoming available, she was able to get us on the consideration list and with her help we were able to get our first choice. Being out of state for a majority of the build, Lauren was so helpful in checking in on the house and our construction manager every step of the way. Each time we came to check on the house Lauren would be sure to meet us at the property and make sure everything was going smoothly on our end. Her ability to keep communication with us, the building company, and construction manager is what helped us move in so quickly. We love our new home, and community and it wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance and love for the area. We are so thankful she was brought into our lives and will continue to recommend her to everyone we can.

Lauren is THE realtor everyone needs, especially during crazy times. My very first home purchase was an absolute BREEZE. (I previously was a middle man for another purchase through my brother, and that realtor didnt seem to care much about me). This latest purchase was my own, and I was lucky to have friends who recommended Lauren. People tell me how the home buying process is hectic and causes headaches, but she made sure I was informed along the entire journey and even had some great advice here and there. I would do it all over again without worry. She completely understands this Austin area market and what to do (and not to do) to help sell your house for top dollar. Likewise, she knows the best neighborhoods to invest in! Laurens biggest value is being connected with some AMAZING and passionate private lenders who bend over backwards to make sure you get the loan you desire. The fact that Lauren and these lenders know each other like family really helps the process. I have recommended Lauren to friends and family and would not hesitate to continue doing so. :)

If youre looking for a realtor youd be hard pressed to find one better than Lauren Schauer. She is the epitome of professionalism, understanding the business aspect of real estate just as well as she does the interpersonal relationships. Lots of realtors are friendly and personal, and lots of them are business savvy, but few manage to be equal parts of both as well as Lauren does.Our experience buying and selling a home in the midst of COVID could have been a nightmare, but Lauren went above and beyond to ensure that our search and our listing could be done safely and effectively. There was no question that she put our familys safety foremost. Who could have imagined the need to adapt to an environment like what weve had in 2020, but Lauren did so with aplomb.I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Lauren, but I want to end this by letting you (the review reader) know that Lauren is our friend.
