There aren’t enough stars to truly represent what a phenomenal realtor Rodney Eiland is. We have had the pleasure of working with Rodney for years, through several home purchases and sales. Rodney has always been wildly professional, has always been knowledgeable and helpful, and has always gone above and beyond for us. I’m not sure we could ever thank him enough for the way he has served our family through so many seasons of life, but without a doubt he is the only realtor we will ever use. I can’t imagine buying or selling a home with anyone else!

We HIGHLY recommend Rodney Eiland! He is extremely personal and professional. We loved working with him when listing our beautiful home. We have sold many homes in the past and each house has sold in record time. When listing our last home we jokingly gave Rodney the challenge of selling it within 24 hours as our previous home had sold in less that 48 hours.Rodney did not disappoint! We had multiple showings within a few hours of listing and we had an offer within 24 hours! We not only consider Rodney an amazing realtor, he is now a forever friend of ours. After knowing Rodney in our community for a few years he was our only choice when selling our home after a job relocation. To say that he went above and beyond at every step of the way is an understatement. He had to jump through hoops to represent us with our relocation company but did it while checking in with us and maintaining a positive attitude.He worked around our timelines with staging, photography and listing to ensure that our life was as normal as possible. When it came to show the house we had already moved out of state so Rodney went above and beyond to ensure not only was our home showing well but checked on it when there was a deep freeze.Rodney’s professionalism, work ethic, honesty and optimism made selling a home that we LOVED a positive experience. Rodney Eiland is a very knowledgeable, responsive, and extraordinarily helpful person and realtor. Rodney takes customer service to new heights. Rodney represented my elderly parents in their home purchase and relocation. While many realtors are transaction based, Rodney served to facilitate the sale, negotiate on their behalf, liaise with the builder, and even help with the final inspection. Rodney’s genuine care for my parents and their stress-free transaction has made him my realtor for life. I have since referred Rodney to several potential buyers and sellers – and each have a similar story. Rodney has exquisite attention to detail and is very thorough in making sure his customers are well cared for throughout the transaction. I am not currently a customer; however Rodney has assisted me with various community resources and refinance documentation. Rodney is quick to reply a text and speedy with answers. I cannot say enough good things about Rodney!

Rodney and his team did amazingly awesome despite COVID-19 . Rodney is the only realtor that I have worked with that actually invest every possible resources to get our house sold. He is very detailed and listens to questions and concerns. He always points out items that can catch you on aware . He is very responsive and replies to both emails and texts.Staging our house feels like a different home and really wowed my wife and I.He often ask us on several occasions that is there anything we thought he could have done differently looking for our inputs and interests. That is beyond just selling but making sure he can better serve us and learn from the experience There is nothing but great experience . I will recommend Rodney and his team.

The team off loaded the work needed to get the house sale ready, staged the open house(s), did a great job with online marketing, professional photos that made me want to buy the house! I have nothing but great things to say. My greatest complement is that I have engaged the team again to help me find my new home.
