I have been investing in Real Estate since 2000. Mostly in Ca. In 2018 I have bought & sold over 5 homes with Kenn Renner in Texas! I have not been physically able to go to Texas. Kenn has done ALL the work for me- no extra charge. He does all the social aspects and economic around the surrounding areas. I’ve never had a problem renting or selling…… Everybody wonders if they will be taken advantage of or ripped off from out of state realtor!?? Not with Kenn and his team.
