We were originally worried about selling our home in San Antonio before we PCSd back to Utah. Our renter referred us to Quin Kruger and we couldnt have been more happy with our choice.As a military family, finding a good quality realtor is difficult due to the short timeframe of the places that we live.Quin was open and honest about what we should list our house at price wise, and was always very, very responsive when we had questions, comments, or concerns about the process.Quin had a great network of buyers and we quickly had our house shown on a walkthrough 2 days after we discussed listing it. He had a buyer interested in it the next day and we started the paperwork.All documentation, closing, correspondence, and other small items that have to be taken care of when selling a home, Quin took care of it all on the spot and quickly.I never had to fly down to San Antonio to wrap anything up, check documentation, sign paperwork, or anything other small items because Quins team took care of it all.Selling our rental home this year (2021) was anticipated to be the most stressful financial situation that we would endur this year, but it was not.My wife and I joked that Quin made it easier to sell a house than go to the store to buy a gallon of milk.We HIGHLY recommend Quin to take care of your real estate needs, it was a phenomenal experience and hassle free! About a month ago, I decided to take the next step to look for a home. The market was great, I had a stable job, and it was time for that next time in my life- to become a first time home owner. I had talked to a few realtors, and they were all pretty pushy to have me put an offer in on almost every house I looked at. I was just window shopping at this point to see what I liked and didn’t like in a house.I had met Quin through some mutual friends, and reached out to him after a few failed attempts with other realtors. I told him the history of other realtors and that I wanted to start looking for a house, but was in no real rush and didn’t appreciate the other realtors pushing me. I told him, “When I find everything I wanted, I will move forward.” There was no pressure on his end of forcing or pushing me into putting an offer into any houses. My time frame to move into a house was from December 2020- April 2021. We sat down, went over my wish list, my price range and part of town. Within a day, Quin had 10 houses lined up with everything I had asked for on that list. As soon as I found the perfect house, Quin helped walk me through every step a new homeowner needed to take.If I needed any questions answers, I would call Quin and he would answer right away. Didn’t matter if he was busy or on vacation, his clients are always his #1 priority.Quin Kruger is one of, if not, the best realtor in the San Antonio area.
