    Miss Patty is an amazing lady who is top of her class at what she does. She knows all the ends and outs of the whole process. She communicated for us between possible landlords and property managers, and guided us through all the application processes. She took away all the guess work. She worked with our busy schedule to get us where we needed to be. She made herself available at many inconvenient times. She was a God send and a true easy button to finding our new place. We would highly recommend her to anyone! She is awesome.

    Patty was recommended to me and I am grateful. Relocating from Florida, Patty was my boots on the ground in Texas. You might think buying a new home from a builder doesnt require a realtor, but we couldnt have done this without Patty. She kept us in the loop, sending pictures and videos of the progress. She stayed in contact with the builders agent, letting them know someone was always watching out for the buyer. She worked tirelessly and I knew she was working hard for me. No one is going to work harder with more enthusiasm than Patty!

    Patty was amazing. Moving from out of state it was difficult to travel to Texas to look at houses. Patty not only was incredibly fun to work with she took and exorbitant amount of time going to listings and video chatting the walk through. She was very honest with explaining the condition of the homes without trying to push anything on my wife and I. I am very glad we found her and I dont think we would be in the great property that we are if it were not for the extra time and effort she put into it.

    Patty did a phenomenal job selling my moms home! She worked with us both, especially when my mom didnt understand what she needed to sign or what she needed to do. And I was in another state! I did get the chance to meet her when she sat down with my mom to get the initial paperwork signed. She is very caring and an amazing realtor all round. You cant go wrong with her!

    I moved to Texas from another state and I was referred to Patty through a friend who was a realtor in Utah. I had to deal with challenge of finding a house while I was 1200 miles away. I didnt know Dallas very well and was under a lot of stress. She was always available when we needed her help. She helped me find The House and really went to bat for us with negotiations to make sure things didnt fall through. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a house.

    Patty has helped me twice, and will again. She was very patient with us, who had a DMD (Decision Making Disorder) and showed us sooo many homes, and steered us away from a mistake. Very smart, and a professional!She also takes a lot of her time running a program for kids, that is unique and great fun for kids that opens doors for their future.
