We NEVER have realtors come for their clients moves, but Nicole does nearly every time. She’s the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet, and knowledgeable too. Nicole has gone above and beyond for my family since we first met her. She helped my mother and I go through house after house, always asking the important questions we never would have thought to. When we finally decided on buying a condo, she was there every step of the way ensuring everything was done perfectly and counseling us every time we felt overwhelmed. When the time came to sell she was just as enthusiastic and advocated for us through that whole process too. After selling and moving out of state she even offered to return some equipment and get the furniture we left behind sold. If you choose to work with Nicole you’ll be getting an incredible real estate agent and, more importantly, someone who will treat you like a friend.

Nicole was amazing! When my wife and I decided to sell our home in Buda, Nicole brought the extra touch. That being she truly cared for my wife and made her feel comfortable and in control of the whole process. That our voice and opinions mattered and reminded us to be at ease. From the first meeting to closing, Nicole provided us with a sense of calm yet she firmly navigated us through the whole thing and we got more than asking! A true professional and still keeps in touch with us personally during holidays and randomly to ask how we are doing. When we are in the market to either sell or purchase a new home, she’ll be the only realtor we will deal with. She knows the Central Texas market and delivers on each of her promises!

I do not think there are words that can express how impressed and thankful I am to have a realtor that not only puts as much passion and commitment into buying and selling your home as they would their own but has made me feel like I’m part of her family. Nicole embraced the challenges with COVID-19 by having a basket of gloves, hand sanitizer wipes and tissues at the entrance making it more comfortable for people to come in my house. Nicole had my house under contract in just a few days and closed in 30 days.There is no question Nicole can’t answer and if doesn’t already know the answer she knows where to get the answer. Her background in lending and years of experience in real estate put me at ease, not to mention she’s born and raised Austin, she is honest and made the processes easy. Nicole even helped me clean, pack and move when I got tied up with work.Nicole helped me buy the perfect home under asking price and she sold my house for a higher price per square foot than any house in my neighborhood.
