Christy is over-the-top amazing. I chose her because her reviews were excellent. Now, I know why. She is EXCELLENT. She negoiating a selling price that was much higher than I thought my house was worth. She knew how to get the highest price. She knew when not to respond to the buyers to get them to raise their offer without a counter offer. She let me know when to stand firm on price to get me the most I could and she was right. She told me what I needed to do with the house to sell it for top dollar and I listened. All the compairables were a lot lower than what she sold my house for. That is amazing. Selling a house is harder than I realized after watching Christy work. She was easy to reach by phone. She answered my calls and was easy to talk to. She answered all my questions. I just want everyone to know when I was going through a hard time, lost my best friend and lovely Mom to Ovarian Cancer at her young age of 64, 10 weeks later I had a seperation and divorce proceedings, Christy Duncan not only sold my large home in Champion Forest subdivision without a For Sale sign on my front lawn, because she found the right buyer without a listing. She drove me and my two car seated babies to over 40 homes, looking for our next home, and insisted we moved the car seats out of my SUV and put them in hers! She was and is incredible!!!!She insisted on not only finding myself and two babies our new home, but always was so knowledgable, accomodating and super wonderful! I highly reccomend her and will definitely use her again!
