During my recent real estate transaction as a buyer, a situation occurred that could have gone South. I spoke with the selling agent, Moises Morales. Moises was kind, professional and patient as I vented. In addition, I was entitled to a new survey because the old survey had been altered w/no language and was done in the early 90’s. University Title tried to force me to accept it. Moises offered to pay for it and he’s not my Realtor. I don’t know any other realtor that would make that offer. Seller paid for my new survey.
