When we were ready to list our home, Miriam acted quickly to get it on the market. Within days, we were listed with buyers pending because she had people in mind. She advised us with each offer and Very shortly, we had a full offer which we were happy to accept! Then the shenanigans began.The buyers lender nickel and dimed for documentation and it delayed our closing four times! I was ready to give up, but Miriam was EXCEPTIONAL about communicating with us every step of the way. I know she had to hate texting or calling us with bad news, but it was her determination and patience with the process that finally got us to closing day! On the day of closing, because neither me or my husband could afford to keep taking off for the last minute changes, she met me at the title office to get my signatures, then drove an hour (one way) to my husbands job for him to sign the documents himself! I can’t thank you enough, Miriam, for getting us through! She is definitely worthy of your business-five stars!
