Melissa is amazing! Two years ago, she helped us find our rental home and was super nice and helpful. We decided we wanted to but the rental house and I immediately thought of Melissa. She had continued to check in with me since we got our rental two years ago and always asked about my daughter and things you would never expect people to remember. I thought that was a nice personal touch that she has. So we proceeded with trying to buy our rental but there was an issue with the owner and we found a different house that we wanted almost right away. Melissa was able to quickly assist us and get an offer letter together. Then, my mother in law surprised us, with the help of Melissa, and decided to sell her home to us! Throughout the entire process Melissa has been so open, warm and honest, as well as helpful - we are first time home buyers and had a LOT of questions! Melissa feels like a friend, but professional, and not uninviting and cold like other realtors we’ve spoken to in the past. I would 100% recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a home, and will use her again in the future.

Review time: Melissa is one of the kindest and most informative realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I have to be honest, before meeting her, the process of buying a home was a bit over my head. The act in itself is just a stressful process right? Well Melissa really took the time to make sure to explain the process to my boyfriend in I, being so patient and understanding of how nerve wracking and just straight overwhelming it was for us. And god is she GOOD! She managed to help us understand that the process doesnt have to be so scary (it really helps going to the right person, haha!), she was CONSTANTLY ready to answer any and all questions, and the follow up? WOW! I wish I could get this kind of service in a fast-food drive thru! I dont write reviews too often but the service was so good, I had to. She earned it! 10/10 would recommend and absolutely will be using again in the future!
