Having Maria Jimenez as realtor made the sale of the house painless. She has a lot of experience in this arena. She was always in contact with us and explaining the different steps and potential pitfalls of the process. Her experience was key on determining the fair price of the house in the market (it took 34 days from the initial listing until the closing of the house which is really good nowadays). We were really happy with Maria.

Buying a house can get a little stressful at times. There are so many things to consider when searching such as price, location and the condition of the house. Maria Jimenez and Diana Quezada made our house hunting a lot easier for us. Diana was our field agent scheduling and meeting us at every house we wanted to see. She had lots of patience with us as we had many questions and concerns in trying to make our final decision. It is a major purchase. Her and Maria researched the info on the houses for us making sure we were well informed before we made our decision. Because it was our first house, they are the only company we have ever dealt with. They have been and are still very helpful. Even now that we have our new home I can call or email for more help and info. I definately recomend them.
