We came to Sherman for a work assignment, close to the start of school and having no idea where to start. Margaret provided multiple options for site visits. Then, when we chose the one she sensed in advance was one we truly should see (& she was correct), she was an advocate and counselor who was wise in negotiating suggestions and support. I suspect there are other capable realtors in Grayson County, but Margaret Mealy will be our only choice if we need to relocate here.

Where to begin with Margaret Mealy, Paragon Realtors. Margaret had her work cut out for her listing our double-wide on acreage in Fannin County. It had been listed for a while but, unfortunately for a few reasons it barely even showed. Margaret always answers calls, texts, and emails within a 24hr at most. She is understanding, encouraging, and hungry. She brought a professional photographer and took aerial pictures and eye catching ground, and interior photos. I love the fact that she was always on top of anything that went wrong a.s.a.p. problem solving and being super resourceful. Closing was a relief, even with last minute FHA problems, she stepped in and walked us through options.As for home searching, she is all in as well! She really does want to find the right fit, not just a great home. When you ask her to show a home a.s.a.p, she schedules it that same day most of the time. Never did she way two days, to the next week.WE LOVE....... Paragon Realtors, Margaret Mealy!!!!

When my wife and I first met Margaret for the first time she was very professional. She was there from the beginning to the end with helping us by selling our house. We had it on the market for only a few weeks before it sold. she was there through out the whole process and step by step and answered all of our questions. We consider her one of our friends.
