    I deeply appreciate people that say that they will do something and do just that when I am green to it and not take advantage of me not knowing. I was in a bad pinch and needed things to be done in a flash. Not only was I helped from the moment the call was taken but I also got some much-needed education on homeowners rights and offered several solutions to mitigate my HOA default.     Today, August 19, 2021 I spoke with Christy with Love Investors. I must say first and foremost there are very few businesses or entities who are willing to help others out if the kindness of their hearts. Not only was Christy one of kindest people I have ever spoken with she was also one of the most knowledgeable regarding HOA’s and their inner workings. Love Investors are not attorneys nor can they offer you legal advice. They can however offer their generous experience and offer suggestions based on the information you provide regarding your immediate situation in dealing with an HOA. I came away from our conversation with a clear and concise plan of action and with hope that I knew that I could handle my problem and help the other owners where I live as well. Christy really made me feel hopeful that I can get a resolution or remedy for the ongoing issues I am having with my personal HOA and property management company. Thanks again Christy.     Christy patiently listened to my case and suggested a few great points that helped me in communications with HOA. She also suggested that I should ask for a meeting/hearing with HOA at this point in my case, which was a great suggestion. I asked for it and a conference call is scheduled in this week.
