Although I have never met Lisa Marie in person, I would tell you that she is one of the hardest working and creative realtors around. Her knowledge of the area, what to look for and how to purchase a property are priceless. We used her several times to rent our property and she is gold. Real Estate agents are a dime a dozen! Any trained real estate professional can do all the stuff, but not everyone is willing to go the extra mile like Lisa. Lisa is personable, reliable, determined, and experienced. I have worked with her on buying and selling of several homes over the past decade and she always puts in the extra time because she cares. She is very hands on with the entire process before and after the close. One time we were looking for a home in a particular neighborhood and could not find one for sale, so you know what Lisa did? She mailed out flyers to the entire neighborhood asking if anyone was looking to buy and it worked! We bought the house in the neighborhood we wanted without the house ever going on the market. The point is, Lisa will make it happen!

I have worked with Intero on buying (2016) and selling my house (2021) in Leander. All I can say is this: I wish I had lawyers like them (organized, responsive, knowledgeable, etc..). They coped with all my whining and always led me on the right path to selling the house for more than the value I was hoping. They helped with fixing the problems previous tenants created. I will work in the future with them 100%. I recommend them to anyone. Trust is hard to find these days.
