Then while working with the market and myself her feedbacks were always immediate, Apparently She is always available for her properties!She was always on top of all documents and amendments required to finalize the deal, often helping the buyer agent.Management of the relationship with the title company was impeccable.Definitely an example of excellence!

Tonya is AWSOME!!I just moved from California to Texas and Tonya made it a very smooth process. I never even came out here to check things. There wasnt a reason to spend the money because she took care of everything. And, believe me, there was a lot of everything to take care of with these Sellers and this house.She went to the property and took videos, followed-up on inspections, communicated with both my CA Realtor and mortgage broker and was in constant contact with me.And then, once I landed here and the house was mine, she helped me get oriented to the town, find the help I needed and even showed me how to get to my new job!!She is dedicated, knows her business very well, follows through and gets things done.
