    Lee Ann helped us to sell our house extremely fast in a market that was not ideal for selling. Her meticulous efforts in staging our home, while difficult at times, was a key reason for selling our home. Lee Ann demonstrated persistence and professionalism throughout this entire process. Her knowledge of the entire real estate process was incredible. Overall it was great working with Lee Ann. I strongly recommend anyone selling or buying a home to consider having Lee Ann as your realtor.

    We hired Lee Ann as our sellers agent to sell our house in 2024. Lee Ann excels in communication skills, setting expectations and delivering a smooth transaction from start to finish. All questions were answered in a timely fashion, all options laid out clearly and concisely. An offer was received within two weeks on the market. The negotiation period went as smoothly as it could have gone. Lee Ann was with us every step of the way, providing service well beyond what I have expected in the past. It was a pleasure working with Lee Ann, and I heartily recommend her for all of your real estate needs. Five stars are not enough for Lee Ann.

    Selling a home is stressful! Weve bought and sold before, but not in TX, so there was a lot for us to learn. Lee Ann gave us solid comps, coached us through removing most of our belongings, staged the home for gorgeous photos, and created compelling marketing materials resulting in a very good offer in a short time frame. She was very hands-on and detail-oriented throughout the entire sales process, always available to answer questions about what to expect, and I would whole-heartedly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

    Lee Ann Clark is the BEST realtor ever! I’ve bought and sold a lot of houses and Lee Ann is tops. She’s goes out of her way to make sure you’re making the best decision to buy/sell. She sold a property for me and the property I’m buying hasn’t closed yet. She removed all my personal belongings and is storing them for me until my other property closes( as I live out of state).     Lee Ann. Clark accomplished something that no other realtor in the area was able to; she found me the perfect location for my new restaurant.     We wanted to buy a house in Austin but didnt know anyone. After talking to a few people on line, Lee Ann stood out because she made us feel comfortable right away. She gave us all the information we needed to make the decision to fly out to Austin and look for a house. We only had three days in Austin but Lee Ann made the most of them showing us multiple houses despite the bad weather. We didnt think she could make it happen, but we ended up buying a great house. She was very friendly, professional, patient, and dependable. Lee Ann made us feel like we could trust her, not an easy thing to do with old people. Shes the very first person we met in Austin, and we became friends by the time we left. If all Austinites are as accommodating and wonderful as Lee Ann, we made the right choice buying a house here.

    Lee Ann is responsive, helpful and super cool! She made us feel right at home before the location was even our home. She guided us through the entire renting process, introduced us to the property management team and then checked in with us a couple weeks after we moved in. Shes great!

She really went above and beyond to make sure she found everything I wanted/needed for my new home, security, space, great amenities, and a excellent schools.She met us when we met the leasing agent and asked her questions I would never have thought of but Im grateful she did. She kept in contact with us through the whole process and we actually became friends. She had a very quick response time whenever I contacted her about questions or anything we needed .She will definitely help us find our permanent home to buy next year .     Lee Ann is wonderful! An absolute joy to work with, she is attentive, kind, friendly, and caring. Im glad I had her to hold my hand throughout the whole process, and she made it so easy for me. She considers things before you even think of it, and shes willing to go above and beyond to help you find a home (even when she is feeling under the weather).
