Really loved working with Kim! She was very professional and fun to work with! Very creative in selling my house using fun Christmas photos and sold pretty much immediately after that! Going through the closing process on my first house we began looking for my new house. With all the information about me and the houses we had already looked at she asked me if I would see one in a certain neighborhood I wasn’t looking at before and I said sure. And I’m SO glad I did! The house we walked into was just gorgeous and had sooooo many things that I loved. It was a new build and almost done as well, which was a major plus! We met Kim through net search lady year. We met the lady and found her very professional and committed to her work. We went on to purchase 3 houses instead of 1 just because she was so dedicated to her work and service that she provided in terms of data, house location, neighbourhood, rental earnings , future prospect hence any question and doubt that we had in mind was not only cleared but was logically proved with data and history that convinced us with authority to go on and close the deals she presented to us. The biggest satisfaction is that even after 1 year , we are getting the rentals as per foresee and are in touch with her for any small question or query and she is there to attend us which show how committed she is in terms of after sale service.
