    Jo is amazing. We relocated from a different state, and she helped us navigate all the cities in the DFW area to find the perfect location for our new home. We looked at so many houses and areas together. Her knowledge of the region is vast, and she really helped us narrow down our choices. We ended up purchasing a new build, and Jo negotiated for us with the builder, was there for all our walk throughs, and pushed the builder to fix all the mistakes along the way. Jo is smart, experienced and thorough, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, new or existing. She was invaluable to us, and made a stressful situation much less stressful.

    Jo Antovoni is an excellent realtor, who I highly recommend. I have bought 3 homes and sold 2 homes in the past 10 years and Jo has been by my side for each transaction. She is very professional, highly motivated, extremely patient, a great negotiator, and always gave me the attention I needed as a buyer/seller. Jo listened to my needs and knows the area well. She has lived in the Dallas/Plano area all her life, which is extremely important for a buyer who is looking to buy a home in an area that fits their needs. Also from a sellers perspective, Jo has great decorating skills and will be able to help guide any seller on how to properly stage their home, which almost always results in a faster sale.     A few words about Jo. My wife and I, (as well as my son and daughter in law) have used Jo Antovoni as our agent over the course of the past few years. She has represented us as both sellers and buyers. As a seller, she went beyond the call of duty in helping us stage and prepare the house for selling. Her suggestions regarding even the smallest of details reflected her knowledge of her many years of experience in this field. As a result we were able to sell our house quickly and at a price that exceeded our expectations.The most endearing quality that I find truly exemplary is the fact that she really cares about her clients. It was evident early in the process that we were more than just a β€œsale” or another number to be added to the bottom line of her impressive accomplishments. Many of Jo’s clients are repeat clients that have used her again and again when utilizing a real estate agent. In my opinion, that speaks volumes. She listens to the desires and needs of her clients and then guides them through the process with complete ease. She effectively communicated with us throughout the entire process and even protected us from some things that we would have not known about had she not alerted us.I cannot say enough nice things about Jo and I highly recommend her if you are needing a competent, knowledgeable, agent.

    This was our second time buying a home. But this time we were moving from Ohio to Texas and I was in my third trimester. With all the chaos happening, Jo was the one who helped to ease our nerves. After a couple of houses, she knew exactly what we wanted before we even did! Jo has SO much knowledge from growing up in the area and being in the business, and it really showed! From the time of first seeing homes right up to the time of closing on one, she went to bat for us and made sure we were getting the best of the best and our moneys worth. She called out a lot of little things that we would have glanced right over. Being new to the area, she had so many recommendations for contractors, as well as fun things to check out! My husband and I now consider her one of our favorite Texans :)

    Being an out of town buyer certainly had its challenges but Jo helped us buy and also eventually sell our townhome (in 2 weeks) in Oaklawn. Jo was diligent to show us many places so we had a broad perspective of what the market was offering. We wanted to be in town and not lost in the suburbs of Dallas. With our desire to be central it certainly limited our search but jos perspective was eye opening because we were new to Dallas. As a seasoned pro Jo made us feel more like a local than a recent transplant. We found our ideal home with due diligence but with an unexpected job transfer a quick 2 yrs later we were forced to sell our cool home unfortunately. Again, Jo stepped it and took control while we were out of town. Her marketing plan hit home and we amazingly sold our townhome in 2 short weeks. Jo will help you on either end of your home search or sale with tremendous attention and care. Shes not just a power agent but also a gem of a person that makes the home search or sale process a breeze. We miss Dallas now for all Jo did for/with us.

    Jo has immense patience. She sent homes in two locations in Texas for our purported move out of state. With a hectic schedule, a toddler and grad school, she took great care not to smother us with high pressured decisions. We will revisit our decision to move in a few years; it’s not optimal for us at the moment. When we do, it’s Jo we want!
