James Land, such a blessing! I knew nothing about how any of the buying and selling of homes worked. James was patient with us for over a year while we looked for our new home. James showed any and every house we wanted to look at and most on the same day we asked to see them. We even went to a showing on new years day while it was snowing. He listed our house just right and we had 6 offers in the first 3 weeks. His guidance and knowledge through the purchase of our new home was pivotal. Hes more focused on doing whats right for his clients than he is on his bottom line. James setup and met with all the contractors we wanted to look at the house and get repair estimates from. Our new house location was out of his way but he never once mentioned it, he just got the job done. It seemed James had been out at our new house far more times than we had by the time closing came around. James Land has truly been a blessing to us and if I ever want to move again hes my realtor. Ive bought and sold roughly a dozen homes over the years. James Land is hands down, the best realtor Ive ever interacted with. He took care of my wifes family property in an incredibly respectful way.Due to the buyers and an absolutely crazy situation with the closing company the buyers chose, we went through 3 closing agents in 10 days. James handled it like a champ. I never once heard him be anything but positive and stay in a problem solving mode to assist us.He was spot on for how we should price the house, the kind of offers we should consider and go with, and helped my in-laws at every step of the way. His strategy and approach was pretty much flawless, especially in an uncertain market like we were in.His knowledge of the Amarillo market is second to none. I cant say enough good things about James.My only regret is that he doesnt work in the Austin market where I have a few other properties that Id love to be able to use him for. :)If James is in your market, dont hesitate, go with him.
